• List organisation contacts

  List an organisation's contacts. Its own, plus those of every team it holds, which is the roll-up an org manager works from. Use list_my_organisations to find the id. For a single team's contacts use the `contact` tool with that teamId instead.

• Create organisation contact

  Add a contact owned by the organisation itself, rather than by one of its teams. A label's press contact, a promoter, a distributor. Only firstName is required. To add a contact under one specific team, use the `contact` tool with that teamId instead.

• Update organisation contact

  Edit a contact the organisation owns, or one belonging to a team it holds. Only the fields you pass change. Editing a contact outside the organisation is refused.

• List organisation contact groups

  The organisation's contact groups, across the org and the teams it holds, with how many contacts each holds. Use to pick contactGroupIds when creating a contact.

• List organisation follow ups

  What the organisation's booking side owes a reply on, overdue first: lead next actions, prospect follow-ups and unanswered requests to play at its venues. Start here when asked 'what should I follow up on'. Each item names the tool to act with (update_organisation_lead, update_organisation_prospect).

• List organisation prospects

  The organisation's prospecting pipeline: shows and gigs being scouted for its artists, and dates held at its venues. Org-internal until shared with the artist team. Filter by status, artist team or venue.

• Create organisation prospect

  Add a show prospect (or a venue hold) to the organisation pipeline. It stays org-internal: the artist team sees nothing until it is shared from the web app. Pick the artist with teamId (from list_my_organisations) and the room with venueId (from list_organisation_venues), or describe the venue by name.

• Update organisation prospect

  Move a prospect through the pipeline or book its next follow-up. Only the fields you pass change. A status change is logged on the prospect's timeline. Sharing with the artist (confirmed → real show) happens in the web app.

• Log organisation prospect activity

  Log a note, call, email or meeting on a prospect's timeline. Use after you helped the manager reach out, so the history on Aden stays complete.

• List organisation leads

  The organisation's own leads CRM: festivals, brands, venues and partners it is chasing, with status, next action and linked people. Set dueOnly to see leads whose next action date has passed.

• Create organisation lead

  Add a lead to the organisation's CRM: a festival, brand, venue or partner to chase. Set nextActionAt so it shows up in list_organisation_follow_ups on the right day.

• Update organisation lead

  Move a lead to another status, or set its next action and date. Only the fields you pass change. Status changes land on the timeline.

• Log organisation lead activity

  Log a note, call, email or meeting on a lead's timeline.

• List organisation venues

  The organisation's venues and the rooms inside them, with address, capacity and whether they take requests to play. Use the ids for create_organisation_prospect (a hold) or list_organisation_prospects (that venue's holds board).

  List Aden feature specs (slug, title, summary, status). Each documents how one feature works. Fetch one with get_aden_feature_doc.

  Get the full markdown spec for one Aden feature by slug. Its data model, business logic, flows, gotchas and usage. Use list_aden_feature_docs for slugs.

  Search the public Aden documentation (docs.aden.space): SDK guides, API reference, feature guides. Case-insensitive full-text search returning matching pages with a snippet. ALWAYS use this before answering a question about how to use Aden or its API; follow up with get_aden_doc for the full page.

  List every page of the public Aden documentation (slug, title, description, url). Fetch one with get_aden_doc.

• Get aden doc

  Get the full markdown of one public Aden documentation page by slug, e.g. "docs/developers/sdk/quickstart". Use search_aden_docs or list_aden_docs to find slugs.

  Get tracks for the authenticated user (all teams or one team)

  Get all albums for the authenticated user

• List guides

  List songwriter guides the authenticated user can see, based on each guide's scope (team / organisation / approved public). Returns title, country, scope and status.

• Create guide

  Create a songwriter guide for an organisation. Content is markdown. scope controls visibility: "team" (only the listed teams), "organisation" (everyone in the org), or "public" (shown on aden.space. Requires Aden admin approval, so it is created as pending). The caller must be an owner/admin of the organisation.

• List diary entries

  List the authenticated user's personal diary entries (most recent first). Each entry has an entry_date (YYYY-MM-DD), its content and updated_at.
