1. Agreement to Terms

MCP Bundles ("MCP Bundles," "we," "us," or "our") is a platform providing the website mcpbundles.com and associated services including MCP (Model Context Protocol) integration services, API management, and tool bundles for AI assistants. By using any of MCP Bundles' services, you agree to the following terms (the "Terms of Service" or "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use any of the services provided by MCP Bundles.

MCP Bundles is a product of ThinkChain Inc ("ThinkChain"). References to MCP Bundles include ThinkChain Inc where applicable.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MCP Bundles. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Services

MCP Bundles is a platform that provides Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration services. Our services include:

• Access to curated bundles of AI tools and integrations
• Secure credential management for third-party API services
• OAuth2 authorization server for AI assistant integrations
• MCP server endpoints that connect AI assistants to external services
• Dashboard for managing providers, bundles, and API keys
• Tool discovery and provider catalog
• Personal access tokens for API authentication

MCP Bundles acts as an intermediary between your AI assistants (such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code, etc.) and third-party service providers you authorize. We enable AI assistants to access external APIs on your behalf using credentials you provide.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use MCP Bundles services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate and current
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your API keys, OAuth tokens, and other credentials stored in MCP Bundles. While we encrypt credentials at rest, you should regularly review your authorized integrations and revoke access to services you no longer use.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

MCP Bundles offers both free and paid subscription plans to access our services. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan
• Provide valid payment information through our payment processor (Stripe)
• Authorize recurring monthly or annual billing as applicable to your plan
• Accept that subscription fees are non-refundable except as outlined in Section 5

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle after the notice period.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your complete credit card information. If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to paid features until payment is resolved.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you change your mind about your subscription purchase for any reason within 7 days of your initial purchase, you can apply for a full refund by emailing us at support@mcpbundles.com. We will respond within 14 business days and process refunds using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing support@mcpbundles.com. When you cancel:

• Your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period
• You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
• Your account and data will be retained unless you request account deletion
• You may re-subscribe at any time

Other than the 7-day money-back guarantee, MCP Bundles does not provide refunds for partial subscription periods, unused services, or third-party service fees.

6. Account Deletion

You can request permanent deletion of your account by emailing privacy@mcpbundles.com. In your deletion request:

• Send the email from your registered account email address
• Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line
• Include "Please delete my account" in the body
• Confirm your account email and any associated identifiers

IMPORTANT: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once you submit a deletion request via email, it cannot be canceled. All your data, including stored credentials, bundles, API keys, and usage history, will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

We are not able to perform partial account deletion. Before requesting deletion, ensure you have:

• Canceled any active subscriptions
• Exported any data you wish to retain
• Revoked MCP Bundle's access from any connected third-party services
• Removed MCP Bundle configurations from your AI assistants

7. Third-Party Services and Dependencies

MCP Bundles relies on and integrates with numerous third-party services to provide our platform, including but not limited to:

• Cloud infrastructure providers (AWS, hosting services)
• Database services (PostgreSQL)
• Payment processing (Stripe)
• AI service providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google)
• External API providers that you authorize (Gmail, GitHub, Notion, Slack, etc.)
• Authentication services

Service Availability: MCP Bundles is not responsible for guaranteeing the uptime or availability of third-party services. You understand and acknowledge that:

• There may be times when services are unavailable due to third-party outages
• External API providers may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate their services
• Changes to third-party APIs may affect functionality
• Third-party service disruptions do not entitle you to refunds from MCP Bundles

Third-Party Terms: Your use of third-party services through MCP Bundles is subject to those services' own terms of service and privacy policies. You are responsible for complying with all third-party terms.

8. API Usage and Tool Calls

When you use MCP Bundles to connect AI assistants to external services:

• API calls are made on your behalf using credentials you provide
• You are responsible for the content and consequences of all API calls
• You must comply with the terms of service of each external API provider
• You are responsible for any costs incurred from third-party API usage
• MCP Bundles is not liable for data returned by external APIs

AI-Generated Content: AI assistants using MCP Bundles may generate tool calls and API requests autonomously. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated API calls are not reviewed or verified by MCP Bundles
• You should monitor and review AI actions, especially for sensitive operations
• MCP Bundles is not responsible for unintended or erroneous AI actions
• You assume all risk for AI assistant behavior when using our tools

9. Fair Usage Policy

MCP Bundles has a fair usage policy for all subscription plans. Our services are designed for legitimate use by individuals and organizations, not for abuse or automated exploitation.

Prohibited Activities

• Using bots or automated scripts to abuse the service
• Excessive API calls that constitute denial-of-service behavior
• Sharing account credentials with unauthorized users
• Reselling or redistributing MCP Bundles services without authorization
• Using the service to violate third-party terms of service
• Attempting to circumvent usage limits or access controls
• Storing or transmitting malicious code through our services

Usage Limits

Each subscription plan includes specific usage limits for API calls, tool invocations, and stored credentials. Fair usage limits include but are not limited to:

• Maximum number of API requests per minute/hour/day
• Maximum number of stored provider credentials
• Maximum number of bundles and tools
• Rate limits on authentication and token refresh

Usage beyond fair limits may result in:

• Temporary rate limiting or throttling
• Service suspension until usage normalizes
• Additional charges for overage (if applicable to your plan)
• Account termination for repeated violations

MCP Bundles reserves the right to modify fair usage limits at any time with reasonable notice to users.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

MCP Bundles owns all rights and intellectual property rights in the website at mcpbundles.com, our API services, documentation, software, and all associated content. This includes but is not limited to:

• Source code, databases, and software architecture
• Website design, graphics, logos, and branding
• Documentation, guides, and tutorials
• MCP Bundle configurations and tool definitions
• Provider catalog and integration metadata

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of our services without written consent
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
• Create derivative works based on our services
• Remove or modify any copyright notices or proprietary markings
• Use our trademarks or branding without permission

Your Content: You retain all rights to data, credentials, and configurations you provide to MCP Bundles. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

11. Children's Privacy and Usage

Children under the age of 13 are prohibited from using MCP Bundles services. Our services are not directed toward children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If you suspect that a child under 13 has created an account or is using MCP Bundles services, please contact us immediately at privacy@mcpbundles.com so we can delete the account and associated data.

Users between 13 and 18 years of age must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use our services.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

MCP Bundles reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Violation of third-party service terms
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Abusive, fraudulent, or illegal activity
• Fair usage policy violations
• Security concerns or compromised accounts
• Discontinuation of services

Upon termination:

• Your access to MCP Bundles services will be immediately revoked
• All active sessions and OAuth tokens will be invalidated
• You will not be entitled to refunds for remaining subscription time (except as required by law)
• You may request data export within 14 days of termination
• We may retain certain data for legal compliance and security purposes

If your account is suspended for fair usage violations, you may contact support to resolve the issue and request reinstatement.

13. Disclaimers and Warranties

MCP BUNDLES MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SERVICES PROVIDED. THE USER ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK FOR THE USE OF MCP BUNDLES.

All materials and services provided by MCP Bundles are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Security of data transmission or storage

MCP Bundles does not warrant that:

• The services will meet your specific requirements
• The services will be available at all times
• Defects will be corrected
• The services are free of viruses or harmful components
• Third-party integrations will function correctly
• Data transmitted through our services is completely secure

MCP Bundles has not reviewed and does not endorse the content, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services accessible through our platform. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of external service providers.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MCP BUNDLES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

This includes damages arising from or related to:

• Use or inability to use MCP Bundles services
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or outages
• Third-party service failures or API changes
• AI assistant actions or tool call results
• Security breaches or compromised credentials
• Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in service output
• Personal injury or property damage
• Any other matter relating to MCP Bundles services

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise), even if MCP Bundles has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, MCP Bundles' liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall MCP Bundles' total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid to MCP Bundles in the 12 months preceding the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MCP Bundles, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of MCP Bundles services
• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Any content or data you submit, post, or transmit through our services
• API calls made on your behalf to third-party services
• Actions taken by AI assistants using your MCP Bundles account
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure credentials

MCP Bundles reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.

16. Modifications to Terms

MCP Bundles reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes:

• We will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page
• For material changes, we will provide notice via email or prominent notice on our website
• Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms
• If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must discontinue use of our services

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of MCP Bundles services shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation between the parties
• Binding arbitration if negotiation fails (if applicable)
• Exclusive jurisdiction in the state and federal courts located in Delaware

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against MCP Bundles.

18. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

The failure of MCP Bundles to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by MCP Bundles, constitute the entire agreement between you and MCP Bundles regarding your use of our services.

These Terms supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and MCP Bundles, whether written or oral.
