Portal List Courses

List available courses with structure (sections, lesson counts, status). Returns metadata only — course titles, slugs, descriptions, section names, and lesson counts. Does NOT return actual lesson content or markdown. No lesson content endpoint exists yet.

Portal List Skills

List skills by A2AI phase (1-6). Returns skill slugs, names, descriptions, phase number, and linked course lesson references. Each skill maps to the A2AI progression framework.

Portal List Videos

List video series and episodes. Covers the Weekly Community Videos, the Monthly Q&A calls, the Sellable Services Challenge, and the 8020agent Walkthrough. Returns titles, descriptions, tags, and episode metadata — but NOT transcripts (for speed). Use portal_get_video_transcript to get full transcript text for a specific series.

Portal Get Video Transcript

Get a specific video series with full transcript text included, for any series including the Monthly Q&A calls (and, for signed-in OTA members, the mastermind-calls recordings). Returns everything portal_list_videos returns plus transcript for each episode. Transcripts can be large — only request the series you need, and for mastermind-calls pass an episode id (one call's transcript at a time).

Portal Search Library

Browse the 80+ item A2AI resource library. Returns items with titles, descriptions, categories, sections, and difficulty levels. Filter by section (getting-started, google-ads, etc.), category (skill/feature/course/coaching/video/doc), or difficulty (beginner/intermediate/advanced/diy).

Portal Get Learning Path

Get learning path nodes with prerequisites. Shows the member progression from joining through the six trust levels (Basic Tasks, Context, Skills, Systems, Runs Without You, Self-Improving). Filter by phase number or path type.

Portal Search Docs

Search help docs or get a specific doc by slug. Without slug: returns doc list with titles and categories (no content). With slug: returns full markdown content. Available slugs: mental-model, what-to-do-next, script-troubleshooting, google-apis-setup, script-setup, example-commands.

Portal Get Challenges

Get current and past challenges. Filter by status: active, upcoming, or completed.

Portal Get Progress

Get a member's learning progress. Returns: completed lessons grouped by course slug, earned achievements with dates, and skill mastery states with phase/evidence. When the brain is signed in (member-login), the email comes from the login and can be omitted.

Portal Mark Complete

Mark a lesson as completed for a member. Idempotent — marking an already-completed lesson is a no-op. When the brain is signed in (member-login), the email comes from the login and can be omitted.

Portal Get Course Audio

Get audio (MP3) URLs for A2AI content. Use the 'source' param to choose what audio to fetch: 'course' (default) for 8020brain course lessons from GCS, 'weekly' for weekly community video audio, or 'monthly-qa' for monthly Q&A session audio. Use source='monthly-qa' for a request like 'fetch the audio of this month's Q&A' — episodes come back newest-first, so the latest month is the first entry. Returns titles, descriptions, and direct download/stream URLs.

Portal Get Lesson Content

Get lesson content (markdown) for a course. Returns lesson text, descriptions, video references, and transcripts where available. Without lessonId, returns all lessons for the course. Without courseSlug, returns list of available courses.

Community Get Posts

Search or browse A2AI Circle community posts across all spaces (8020brain, AI Questions, Help). Returns per post: id, title, body_preview, author_name, likes_count, comments_count, url, space_name, created_at. Full-text search matches against the complete post body, not just the preview. Data refreshed every 2 hours from Circle. To read the discussion under a post, pass its id to community_get_comments.

Community Get Post

Get ONE community post with its FULL body text (community_get_posts returns only a preview). Returns the complete post as plain text plus title, author, counts, and the Circle url — use that url as the deep link when the member wants to reply or react on Circle.

Community Get Comments

Fetch comments for a single A2AI Circle community post. Returns each comment with body_preview, body_html, author_name, parent_comment_id (null = top-level, integer = reply), likes_count, replies_count, created_at. Pair with community_get_posts to find the post first. Data refreshed every 2 hours from Circle.

Community Get Mastermind Chat

OTA mastermind members only. Fetch messages from the Own The Agent mastermind chat (the continuous chat space on Circle). Returns messages in chronological order: id, created_at, author_name, body (plain text), parent_message_id. Use `since` (ISO timestamp) to get only new messages — e.g. for a morning 'anything new in the mastermind chat?' check. Data refreshed every 2 hours from Circle.
