Create Domains Export
Start a CSV export of every domain matching the given filters. Costs credits (5 per domain), so preview_domains_running_ads first. Returns a job_id; the export runs in the background. Poll get_domains_export_status with that job_id, then call get_domains_export_download_url once the status is 'completed'.
Get Domains Export Status
Check the progress of a domains export job. Returns status (queued, processing, completed, failed), progress_percent and row counts.

Get a direct download URL for a completed domains export CSV. The URL is presigned and short-lived (about 15 minutes), so fetch it promptly. Only works once the job status is 'completed'.
