Configured means an active saved configuration exists; execution still checks its prerequisites. Use get_authorized_context to find authorized company IDs.

List Managed Branches

List branches owned by this customer headquarters. Requires current headquarters branch-management authority and the branch feature. Does not expose other customers.

Get Branch Administration

Inspect one owned branch’s configuration, existing members, assignable roles and recorded usage/allocation revision. Omits contacts. Quota is unavailable without allocation permission; an absent quota record is unconfigured, not unlimited.

Prepare Branch Operation

Prepare branch settings, activation, an existing branch member’s role/status or delegated quota allocation for human confirmation. Cannot change your own membership, grant more authority than you hold, change commercial entitlements or exceed the explicit headquarters pool. Does not send invitations.

Prepare Hiring Operation

Prepare an exact vacancy publication/removal/closure/archive, workflow activation/assignment, draft playbook activation, existing role competency changes, CV screening, interview creation, internal assessment start, Assess run creation or reviewed ZoG invitations for human confirmation. Archive uses Aivident’s existing soft-close behavior and preserves records. Returns a durable receipt and review path; preparing never executes the operation. Changed inputs require new confirmation.

Read this Agent key’s durable operation status and bounded result. Retrying status or a preparation with the same idempotency key never repeats its effects.

Request Configuration Disclosure

Request human review of specific saved configuration text before sharing it with this Agent key. Returns a review path and no text. The human sees the exact fields and content; approval expires after 15 minutes and any content/version change invalidates it.

Get Configuration Disclosure

Read only the exact configuration text approved for this Agent key. Rechecks current access, record version, content hash and expiry. Pending, denied or expired requests return no text.

Save Hiring Draft

Create or edit a role standard, competency, vacancy, playbook, hiring workflow or requisition draft. Requires existing business permission and an idempotency key. An existing record requires its current version and update time. Existing role competency changes require update_role_competencies through prepare_hiring_operation because native assignments also affect approved roles. Never publishes, approves, invites, scores or moves an applicant. Reusing a key with different content is rejected.

List Hiring Configuration

List one kind of saved hiring configuration in an explicitly authorized company. Returns bounded metadata, versions and a cursor. A key must separately opt into operational configuration access.

Get Hiring Configuration

Inspect a saved role standard, competency, vacancy, playbook, workflow or requisition at its recorded version. Related records require their own read permission. Free text is identified as requiring disclosure review; it is not returned by this tool.

Search Talent Pool

Search saved candidate identities with current talent-pool consent in one authorized company. Latest opt-out across the same identity wins. Returns names and candidate IDs without contact information; this grants no outreach authority.

List Job Applications

List applications for one permitted vacancy with saved candidate identity and application state. Requires current application-review permission. Does not expose contact information, files or submissions.

Get Application Context

Read the saved candidate, vacancy and status for one permitted application, with source identifiers and observation time.

Get Application Evidence

Read recorded screening, interview, assessment or ZoG evidence for one permitted application. Preserves source IDs, saved scores and completed, pending, failed, absent or unavailable states. No inferred score, raw files, contact information, transcripts, notes or invitation links are returned.
