Get article — Returns one article from the Askpilot knowledge base in full, by its name. Get the
name from article_list, or from a tool description that names an article to read
first. Read the whole article before you act on what it covers, and follow any
reference it makes to another article. Some articles are long: if your client
shortens the answer or saves it to a file, read the rest, in parts if you have to,
until you have read it to the end.
List process templates — Lists the process example templates that Askpilot offers: complete example
workflows for common jobs, across support, sales, operations and reporting. Their
purpose is to show you what a good Askpilot workflow looks like in practice. Read
them to understand how workflows are built, then adapt one or build something new
with what you learned. Each entry has a name, a category that groups the examples,
and a one-line description; filter the list by category, or by a text in the name
or the descrip
Get process template — Important: before you read a process template, you must read the knowledge base articles named process-md and workflow-examples with article_get, if you have not read them in this conversation. Returns one process example template in full, by its name from process_template_list: the name and the description, which go into the workflow's name and description; the process text, which goes into process; the assets it ships with; and 3 fields a PROCESS.md does not have: category, which only groups t
List organizations — Lists the organizations the signed-in person belongs to, with the person's role in
each, owner, admin or member, and the permissions the person has there: for each
area, the actions they can take, read, update, create or delete. To learn what
each area covers and what each action allows, read the knowledge base article
named roles-and-permissions with article_get. Every other tool needs an
organization_id from this list. Call it once at the start, and if the person

Operate Askpilot?
This server appears in the MCPBundles directory. Verify you operate it to take over the listing — name, description, logo, contact email, and skill content. We email a 6-digit code to a maintainer address your server publishes in /.well-known/security.txt or /.well-known/mcpbundles.json. Free, takes about a minute.
MCPBundles publishes this directory for MCP discovery. Except where we host or operate an offering, third-party services run under their own terms. Product and company names on this page are used in a descriptive, identifying way (including under nominative fair use where applicable); they remain the property of their owners. Nothing here grants you rights in those marks, and nothing here is an offer to sell a third party's services. Terms · Request removal

Get organization — Returns one organization the person belongs to: its id, name, website, a link
to its logo image, and any other information available about it. Use it to
confirm the organization before you create or change anything in it.
Update organization — Changes the organization's name or website. Only the fields you pass change.
The name is the company's registered or trading name, and the website is its
main website, as a full address such as https://example.com. The logo cannot
be changed here; the person changes it in the Askpilot app. If the person does
not have permission to change the organization, the tool says so.
List members — Lists the members of this organization: id, name, email, role, the date they
joined, or any other available information about a member. A role is owner,
admin or member. Use it whenever you need a person: to set who can use a source
or a workflow, or any other similar action. Find the person by name or email and
use their id. Never guess an id, and ask the person if a name matches more than
one member.
Change the role of a member — Important: before you change the role of a member, you must read the knowledge base articles named members and roles-and-permissions with article_get, if you have not read them in this conversation. Changes the role of a member: owner, admin or member. The role decides what the member can do in this organization; see what each role can do with permission_list. A member who is an owner cannot be changed with this tool. You cannot change your own role; ask another owner or admin to do it. It does
List permissions — Lists the permissions of each role in this organization. For each role and each
area, it returns the actions the role can take, read, update, create or delete. To
learn what each area covers and what each action allows, read the knowledge base
article named roles-and-permissions with article_get. An owner has every
permission. Use it to explain what a person can and cannot do, or to check a role
before you act. Permissions cannot be changed through MCP: the person changes them
in the Askpilot ap
Get plan and credits — Returns the organization's plan and credits: the plan name, the credits the plan includes per month, how many were used this month, how many are left in total, and when the monthly credits reset. Every session run spends credits; when the credits left are 0 or less, no session starts until the person manages credits in Askpilot. A run that has already started finishes its work, so left can end slightly below 0. Use it when a person asks what plan they are on, how much they have used, or how much
List the sources of a member — Lists the sources one member can use: their own only_me sources and the shared
sources they have access to. Each entry has the source's id, name, description,
type, whether it is connected, and its access, or any other available
information. Use it to check which sources are actually available to a person
when you create a workflow for them or do a similar action, because a workflow
can only use sources the person has access to. If a source you need is not in
the list, check with the person whet
Invite a member — Important: before you invite a person, you must read the knowledge base articles named members and roles-and-permissions with article_get, if you have not read them in this conversation. Invites a person to join this organization. Askpilot emails them a secure invite link; you do not get the link. Give the person's name, email and role: owner, admin or member. Always check with the person which role to give before you send the invitation; member is the default when they have no preference. To se
List invitations — Lists the invitations sent from this organization that are not accepted yet: id, name, email, role, status and when each was sent, or any other available information. Use it to check whether a person was already invited before you invite them, and to tell a person who asks whether their teammate has joined. Accepted invitations become members and appear in member_list instead. An expired invitation stays in the list with status expired; send it again with invitation_resend. A cancelled invitatio
Cancel an invitation — Cancels an invitation that is not accepted yet. The invite link in the email stops working, and the person cannot join with it. Use it when a person asks to withdraw an invitation, or when they invited the wrong email. Get the invitation id from invitation_list. To invite the person again later, call member_invite. Its status becomes revoked, and it no longer appears in invitation_list.
Send an invitation again — Sends the invite email again for an invitation that is not accepted yet, with a
fresh secure link. Use it when the person did not receive the email or the link
expired. Each call sends one more email, so call it once and tell the person to
check their inbox. Get the invitation id from invitation_list.
List source types — Lists every type of source Askpilot can connect: the outside tools a source
subagent can use, such as Trello, Microsoft Outlook or Street CRM. Each entry
has the type and a description of what the tool is. Use it to understand which
integrations Askpilot supports, so you can suggest to the person which sources
to connect when creating a workflow, and to pick the type for source_create.
Read one type in full, its tools and its webhook events, with source_type_get.

Get source type — Important: before you read a type of source, you must read the knowledge base article named sources with article_get, if you have not read it in this conversation. Returns one type of source in full, by its type from source_type_list: the tools a source of this type gives its subagent, each with what it does, and the webhook events the type offers, each with its filter fields if it has any. The tools come in pages when there are many of them: read every page, passing cursor from the answer, unti
List sources — Lists the sources in this organization. The Ask agent is the Askpilot agent that
runs a session. A source is a subagent of the Ask agent that knows how to use
one connected tool, such as Trello, Microsoft Outlook or Street CRM. When a
workflow step needs that tool, the Ask agent hands the step to the source, and
the source does the work. Each source has a description: an instruction that
says what the source is about and when the Ask agent uses it. The two built-in
sources, Deep web research and
Get source — Important: before you read a source, you must read the knowledge base article named sources with article_get, if you have not read it in this conversation. Returns one source in full, by its id from source_list: the tools the source subagent can use in its connected tool, each with a description and whether it is enabled, and the webhook events the source offers. The tools come in pages when there are many of them: read every page, passing cursor from the answer, until cursor is null, before you
Create source — Important: before you create a source, you must read the knowledge base article named sources with article_get, if you have not read it in this conversation. Creates a source: an Askpilot subagent for one connected tool, such as Trello, Microsoft Outlook or Street CRM. Pick the type from source_type_list. Give it a short name and a description written for the Ask agent: what the source is about and when to use it. Access is only_me, so only the person who creates it can use it, or company_wide,
Update source — Important: before you change a source, you must read the knowledge base article named sources with article_get, if you have not read it in this conversation. Changes the name, the description or the access of a source. Only the fields you pass change. Access is only_me, so only the person who created the source can use it, or company_wide, so the source is shared: with every member of the organization, or only with the members in member_ids. Every member with access gets their own source subagen
Set a source tool — Important: before you switch the tools of a source on or off, you must read the knowledge base article named sources with article_get, if you have not read it in this conversation. Enables or disables tools of a source: one tool by name, several by name, or all of them. When a tool is enabled, the source subagent can see it and use it when the Ask agent hands it a step in a session. When a tool is disabled, it is invisible to the source subagent, so no session can use it. Every tool is on when a
List workflows — Lists the workflows in this organization that the signed-in person can see:
their own and the shared ones. Each entry has the workflow's id, name,
description, access, runs_as, the member the workflow runs for, whether it is
enabled, a one-line summary per trigger, an empty list when it starts only by
hand, and its url in Askpilot. A workflow runs only for the member in runs_as:
shared workflows handed to other members are listed too, but the signed-in
person cannot run them. To list only the wo
Get workflow — Important: before you read a workflow, you must read the knowledge base article named workflows with article_get, if you have not read it in this conversation. Returns one workflow in full, by its id from workflow_list: the name and the description, from the PROCESS.md YAML header; the process, the rest of the PROCESS.md; the access, who can see the workflow; runs_as, the member it runs for; the triggers; auto_run; the assets; and its url in Askpilot.
