List Students
List students. Every student in your organisation, with the full AVETMISS client dataset. This is the record most integrations start from — a data warehouse, a CRM sync, or reconciling your own numbers against what you reported.
List Enrolments
List enrolments, with unit outcomes. Who is enrolled in what, and how each unit ended. Units are nested rather than a second request: the outcome is the reportable fact, and fetching enrolments without it would force you into a request per enrolment.
List Courses
List programs. Your programs. Called "Programs" in the app and `courses` here, matching the AVETMISS word you will be reconciling against.
List Trainers
List trainers and assessors. The people who deliver and assess your training, and whether each is currently active. Pair with the calendar to see who is assigned to what.
List Venues
List venues. The places you deliver training, with their addresses. Sessions are scheduled against these, so they are what a timetable or room-usage report is built from.
List Employers
List employers. Third-party payers — an employer being billed for a student's training instead of the student themselves. Referenced from invoices by employer_id.
List Invoices
List invoices. Invoices raised against students or their employers. Payment status is included so you can reconcile without a second system.
List Sessions
List scheduled sessions. Every scheduled session, which is what an enrolment attaches to — a learner is enrolled INTO a session rather than into a program. This is where the `session_id` for creating an enrolment comes from.
Create Student
Add ONE learner. Returns the new id and client id. Does not check whether a similar person already exists — search first if that matters.
Update Student
Change fields on ONE learner. Only the fields you send are touched.
Enrol Student
Enrol ONE learner into ONE scheduled session. The session’s units are copied onto the enrolment. Enrolling someone already in that session returns their existing enrolment rather than a duplicate.
Record Outcomes
Record competency against units on ONE enrolment. This is reportable AVETMISS data. A unit that is not on the enrolment is refused, not skipped.

This server appears in the MCPBundles directory. Verify you operate it to take over the listing — name, description, logo, contact email, and skill content. We email a 6-digit code to a maintainer address your server publishes in /.well-known/security.txt or /.well-known/mcpbundles.json. Free, takes about a minute.
