Fetch one BillerAPI documentation page as raw markdown by its section-qualified slug (for example `guides/webhooks` or `concepts/idempotency`). Use `search_docs` first when you do not already know the slug.

Create an account-free sandbox

Create an account-free BillerAPI sandbox (POST /v1/sandboxes). Returns a bak_test_ API key and one-shot claim_url. Store both securely, use the key for sandbox work, then give the claim_url to the human operator so identity and legal consent happen later on the web. No existing API key or account is required. Limited to 3 creations per hour per network source.

Create a sandbox link token to START a biller link flow (POST /v1/link-tokens, consent scope bills:read). The link flow itself (credential submission, account selection, public-token exchange) continues OUTSIDE this MCP server — via the hosted link flow or the API described in /docs/guides/link-account.md — and its exchange step yields the `account_link_id` that `get_bills` requires.
