Boldsign Create Contact
Create a new contact in the BoldSign account for quick reuse when sending signing requests. Requires name and email. Optionally include company name, job title, and phone number. Contacts are saved for future use — when creating signing requests, you can reference existing contacts instead of manually entering signer details each time.
Boldsign Download Audit Log
Download the audit trail for a completed document as a PDF URL. The audit trail contains a timestamped record of every action taken on the document: when it was sent, viewed, signed by each signer, and completed, along with IP addresses and a document integrity hash. Only works on completed documents.
Boldsign List Brands
List all brands in the BoldSign account, or fetch full details for a single brand by ID. Without brandId: returns a paginated list with brandId, brandName, and isDefault for each brand. With brandId: returns the complete brand configuration including logo (base64), background/button colors, email display name, redirect URL, document expiry settings, and custom domain info. Use this to discover available brands before sending documents, or to inspect a brand's visual settings.
Boldsign List Contacts
List all saved contacts in the BoldSign account, or fetch full details for a single contact by ID. Without id: returns a paginated list of contacts with contactId, name, and email. With id: returns the complete contact record including name, email, companyName, jobTitle, and phoneNumber. Use this to look up signer information before creating a signing request.
Boldsign List Custom Fields
List all custom metadata fields defined in the BoldSign account, optionally scoped to a specific brand. Returns field details including fieldId, fieldName, fieldType, and fieldOrder for each custom field. Custom fields are used to attach structured metadata (e.g. contract type, department) to documents for categorization and reporting. Pass brandId to see fields specific to that brand.
Boldsign List Documents
List signing requests (documents) in the BoldSign account, or fetch full details for a single document by ID. List all sender identities configured in the BoldSign account. Returns each identity's name, email address, associated brand, and verification status. Boldsign List Users List

Boldsign Revoke Document
Revoke (cancel) a document signing request that is still in progress. Once revoked, signers can no longer view or sign the document. Requires a documentId and a message explaining the reason for revocation. This action is irreversible — the document cannot be un-revoked. Only works on documents that have not yet completed signing.
Boldsign Send From Template
Send a document for signature using an existing BoldSign template. Requires a templateId and roles array mapping template roles to actual signers. Boldsign Send Reminder
