Retrieve the name, email and ID of addresses/clients based on a search term filtering. The ID will be used for specific requets on an address/client.

Search Policy

Retrieve the policy number and ID of insurance policies based on the provided policy number. The ID will be used for specific requests on a policy.

Search User

Retrieve the list of broker users based on the login or user name. The ID will be used for specific requets involving an user.

Search Manager

Retrieve the list of broker managers (called 'gestionnaires') based on the manager name. The ID will be used for specific requests involving a manager.

Get Address All Documents

Retrieve the list of all files related to an address. A file can be linked either to an address, a policy related to that address, or an insurance claim related to that address. IMPORTANT : The binary/text content of the file is not returned by this tool, only the metatdata

Get Address Active Policies Pdfs

Retrieve all the details of insurance contracts linked to active policies for a specified address/client, based on the address ID provided. Provides all the detailed information for the insurance policies associated with an address.

Get Address All Unpaid Brokerages

Retrieve all unpaid brokerages for a specific address/client. An unpaid brokerage contains the related premium data (gross + net amount and premium period), the related policy data (number, branch and company). IMPORTANT : A brokerage is a stored premium in the broker database and it's expected amount is computed when the premium is created.

Get Address Policies Cross Selling

Returns the list of insurance branches NOT YET covered by this address/client, based on the broker's managed branches. These are cross-selling opportunities. An empty result means all managed branches are already covered. Also returns the client profile (address type, age, civil status, profession, activity sector, legal form, employee count, turnover, owner status) to help assess the relevance of each opportunity. IMPORTANT: This tool does NOT return existing policies.

Get Adresse Premiun Payment Schedule

Returns the insurance premiums payment schedule for a specific year and for a specific address/client. This schedule analyze active policies and the payment frequency, the net premium amount and the policy coverage periode to produce de schedule. IMPORTANT : You must present the whole yearly schedule including the policies without premiums. This schedule must help the user to have an overview of the premiums for the address/client.

Get All Branches

Returns all the insurances branches managed by the broker. The IDs will be used for specific requets that required branche.

Get File Content

Retrieve the content of a specific file based on it's ID. IMPORTANT : To work properly, the file should be a PDF file with in-line text

Get Policy Contract Pdf

Retrieve the contract document associated with the insurance policy based on the policy ID provided. The document contains the insurance policy contract with all it's details.

Get File Type For Biblio

Returns the list of file types (genres de fichiers) that are used for the biblio file storage. File types can be used for search on files/documents with a specific file type.

Get General Terms And Conditions Comparison

Returns the contents of PDF files that are general terms and conditions (GTC, or 'CGA' in french) that are related to a specific insurance branch. The PDF contents are used to make a deep comparison of the terms and conditions to allows the user to make insurance decision based in it. IMPORTANT : These GTC/CGA files are stored in the 'bilbio' storage in the broker database.

Get Policies Expiring Before

Returns the list of insurance policies that are expiring before and certain date. A policy is considerd expiring if it's end date is before a specified date and the policy is not in tacit renewal mode. Either a manager (called gestionnaire) or an agent is specified to filter the policies that are related to this manager/agent. IMPORTANT : It's mandatory to specify a manager or a an agent. They are exclusive.

Insert Task For Offer

Create a new task linked to a bid for offer (Appel d'offre), for a specific user

Insert Draft Email

Insert a new email in the broker database. An email must always be link to an address/client at least. If a policy is linked, the policy's related address is also linked to the email.

Get Policy Sections Comparaison

Retrieve the policy sections and the policy's branch section. The two lists are used to compare what the data entered in the policy versus the branch sections list. This tool is useful when the user has scheduled a meeting with a client and needs to prepare questions regarding the policy

Insert Call For Bid

Create a call for bid (called 'Appel d'offre') for a specific insurance branch. This will first create a new policy with the specified branch, in the offer status. Then a call for bid will be create for this new policy and will generates offers for all insurance companies that covers the branch. The tool returns the new call for bid number and it's ID for further usage.
