  Store a content-addressed agent_failure.pack linked to an occurrence and birth/update the ReproContract evidence_hash.

• Get Failure Pack

  Read the linked agent_failure.pack for an issue/occurrence when present.

• Ensure Repro Contract

  Birth a ReproContract for the current issue generation from the first (or pinned) occurrence.

• Get Repro Contract

  Read the current-generation ReproContract (evidence_hash, failure_predicate, status).

• Propose Fix

  Record a PR/commit URL on the live claim. Transitions to fix_proposed. Never closes the issue or sets verified_fixed.

• Verify Fix

  Dual-agent verify against evidence_hash. Fixer PAT cannot self-verify (E_SELF_VERIFY). MVP method: replay_assert; others 501. Does not flip verified_fixed.

• Prepare Verification

  Create a short-lived nonce for a registered trusted runner to sign. This is not a test pass.

• Submit Verification

  Record exact build/device/install, test steps/results and stored artifact IDs. Unsigned assertions remain pending. Only registered runner proof can verify this specific scope; it never globally closes the issue.

• Get Verification Receipt

  Read an immutable scoped receipt and whether its issue generation remains applicable.

• Request Evidence

  Return authorized stored artifact metadata for a receipt. This tool does not expose object URLs or artifact content.

• List Bugs

  List bugs for the organization (flat, one row per deduplicated report). Supports filtering by status, severity, project, platform (web/ios/android/react-native/flutter/server), and text search. Returns paginated results. Diagnostic-class signals are excluded by default. For a cross-page grouped triage view, prefer list_bug_groups; each group is identified by its projectId + groupKey pair.

• Get Bug

  Get full details of a bug including title, description, severity, status, reporters, AI summary, environment info, and report count.

• Update Bug

  Update a bug's status, severity, or assignment. Use this to triage bugs, mark them as resolved, or assign to team members.

• Search Bugs

  Search bug groups with hybrid trigram + semantic (vector) ranking. Better than list_bugs for natural language queries ("payment fails on checkout"). Returns deduplicated groups. Treat projectId + groupKey as the group identity; use the sampleBugId with get_bug for detail, or pass both values in groupRefs to bulk_update_bugs.
