Core Capabilities

Message Management: Send messages to conversations, create direct messages to users or groups, and create voice memo messages. Reply to messages as threads and add attachments to existing messages.

Conversation Operations: List and retrieve conversations with associated metadata, get conversation participants, and generate conversation summaries. Access recent messages with creator, conversation, and label information.

User Discovery: Search for users by phone number, email, ID, or name. Retrieve current user information and search multiple users simultaneously.

Workspace Organization: Navigate workspace structures through root folders, create and manage nested folder hierarchies, and move messages between folders. Update folder names and handle folder deletion with cascading effects.

AI Actions: Execute AI prompts against messages or shared links, retrieve previously generated AI action responses, and filter actions by owner type and workspace.

Domain Model

Messages exist within conversations and can be organized into folders within workspaces. Users participate in conversations and can be searched across multiple identifiers. AI Actions (prompts) can process individual messages or collections of content.

Key Considerations

Date-based message queries are limited to 6-month ranges. Moving messages between folders requires appropriate permissions. Folder deletion cascades to nested folders and contained messages. Voice memo creation requires either transcripts or link attachments.
