Start Quiz
Start a CliniQuiz study session for the connected user. Returns questions WITHOUT answers. Present ONE question at a time with lettered options, wait for the user's choice, then call submit_answer for instant feedback. concept is free text (e.g. 'heart failure'); exam is an optional slug from list_exams. Counts toward the user's daily limits.
Submit Answer
Submit the user's answer to one quiz question. Returns correctness, the correct option, explanations, and clinical pearls. Share the explanation with the user after they answer — every question should teach something.
Finish Quiz
Finish a quiz session after all questions are answered. Awards XP, updates the user's daily streak and goal, and returns the final score. ALWAYS call this when the user is done answering — otherwise their progress won't sync to their CliniQuiz account.
