• Docs (root; provide doc_id), Tables (belong to docs; provide table_id), Rows (belong to tables; require doc_id and table_id). Categories, Controls, Formulas, Pages, Permissions — doc-scoped.

Gotchas

• doc_id then table_id: List docs first, then tables within a doc, then rows within a table.
