Semantic vector search over Puerto Rico judicial opinions from the Tribunal Supremo and Tribunal de Apelaciones. Returns case number, year, issuing court, and an excerpt. `neutralCitation` (e.g. "2010 TSPR 9") is populated only for Tribunal Supremo opinions from roughly 1998 onward — Tribunal de Apelaciones opinions (KLAN/KLCE/KLRA dockets) have no neutral citation and are cited by docket number and year, so a null there is expected, not missing data. Parties, ponente, materia and fecha are not

Semantic vector search over Puerto Rico administrative regulations (Reglamentos). Optionally filter by issuing agencies. Returns title, regulationNumber, agency, year, an excerpt, and an `identifier` you can pass to get_regulation_content for the full text.

Get Law Content

Fetch the full content of a Puerto Rico law by identifier. The identifier is either the law UUID or a `YEAR-NUMBER` slug (e.g., "2023-15" for Ley Núm. 15 de 2023). Returns title, year, number, full markdown content, signature/effective dates, and repeal status.

Get Case Content

Fetch the full content of a Puerto Rico judicial opinion by identifier. The identifier is either the case UUID or the case number (e.g., "CC-2022-0123"). Returns case metadata and full opinion text.

Get Regulation Content

Fetch the full text of a Puerto Rico administrative regulation (Reglamento). The identifier is the `identifier` or `slug` returned by search_regulations, or the regulation number as it appears in a citation (e.g., "9456"). Returns the official title, issuing agency, year, effective date, status, source PDF link, and the full markdown text.

Get Law Amendments

List every amendment (Modificación, Derogación, Adición, etc.) that targets a given Puerto Rico law. Provide either the law `id` (UUID or YEAR-NUMBER slug) or both `lawNumber` and `lawYear`. Returns the list of changes with change type, target article/section, summary, and the amending law.

Aggregate count of Puerto Rico laws indexed by CodeXpr, grouped by year. Useful for legislative-volume analysis. Optionally restrict to a [startYear, endYear] window.
