Listings Search Tool

Search published monthly coliving listings by destination, dates, budget, room type, amenities, and community preferences. Returns matching public listings, prices, availability summaries, highlights, and pagination. Room-specific features may not be covered by property-level search filters.

Listing Get Tool

Retrieve structured listing details by unique_id, slug, or query, including room names, bathroom_type, occupancy, prices, amenities, photos, and fallback_markdown. Public access covers published listings. With OAuth scopes mcp:use and listings:read, owners receive private management details, including drafts. Audience is determined by account permissions and listing ownership. A private bathroom means a full en-suite with private shower, sink, and toilet; exact bathroom layout is not available.

Locations Search Tool

Resolve city, country, and neighborhood names into canonical Coliving locations. Returns matching names and location_id identifiers usable as listing search filters.

Filter Options Get Tool

Retrieve supported listing search filters: room types, bathroom types, amenities and their search terms, community categories, and sorting options.

Host Get Tool

Retrieve the public host or operator profile for a published listing identified by unique_id. Includes brand name, elite status, response metrics, public listing count, and membership date. Excludes email addresses, phone numbers, WhatsApp, and other private contact details.

Listings Compare Tool

Compare up to three published Coliving.com listings identified by unique IDs or slugs. Returns side-by-side prices, locations, community tags, minimum stays, and per-room bathroom privacy and monthly prices.

Listings Recommend Tool

Rank candidate listing unique_ids against budget, location, amenities, community preferences, and stay length. Returns scores and matching reasons based on listing attributes. Does not measure neighborhood safety, noise levels, commute times, or distance to universities.

Listings Reviews Search Tool

Search published resident reviews for one listing identified by unique_id or slug. Returns comments, overall and category ratings, listing category averages, and review themes when available. Categories include cleanliness, community, sleep and noise, work and Wi-Fi, and host management.

Listing Availability Check Tool

Check room availability and pricing for a listing within a requested date range. start_date uses YYYY-MM-DD format. Returns room-level availability dates and prices; available_from represents the next available calendar date.

Listing Amenities Search Tool

Retrieve property amenities and per-room amenities for one published listing identified by unique_id. Property amenities describe shared facilities and property-wide services; room amenities describe features inside each room type. Listing names are not accepted. Low-flow toilet and shower labels describe efficiency, not bathroom privacy. API documentation: https://mcp.coliving.com/tools.

Get Booking Tool

Retrieve one booking by booking_id or booking_no. Requires OAuth scopes mcp:use and bookings:read. Residents and hosts can access only their own or hosted bookings; authorized admins can access bookings by either identifier.

List Bookings Tool

List bookings belonging to the authenticated resident or host, with optional role, status, and limit filters. An omitted role includes both stays booked and listings hosted by the account. Requires OAuth scopes mcp:use and bookings:read. Results are limited to bookings the caller owns or hosts.

List My Listings Tool

List listings owned by the authenticated host, including drafts and published listings. Requires OAuth scopes mcp:use and listings:read. The pending status filter includes pending and pending_api, with original status values retained. Results are paginated with pagination.has_more. listing.name is the private host title. price_month is a listing-level monthly price, not a room price or availability guarantee. room_types_count counts room types, not separately bookable bedrooms.

Get the publish-check status for one listing owned by the authenticated host. OAuth scope mcp:use and listings:read required.

Get the fix list and action plan for one listing owned by the authenticated host. OAuth scope mcp:use and listings:read required.

Helpcenter Search Tool

Search public Coliving.com Help Center articles using a natural-language query and optional residents or hosts audience. Omitting audience searches both. Returns article titles, slugs, and summaries. Excludes admin and internal content.

Helpcenter Get Article Tool

Retrieve one public Coliving.com Help Center article by slug, with its full text, Markdown content, audience, and public article link. Excludes admin and internal articles.

Connect Coliving Admin
