• Get Credit Balance

  Read the authenticated workspace’s credit balance when an owner or admin explicitly asks about available credits. This read costs no credits and remains available at zero balance. Returns balance, reservedBalance and availableBalance in credits, provider time (balanceAsOf, nullable), retrieval time and eventual-consistency flags. Recent or pending usage may not yet be reflected; this is not a settlement receipt or a guarantee that a subsequent action can run.

  Start one configured active manual_only AI-Agent action asynchronously. Owner/admin workspace users and OAuth-delegated Digital Workers may call it; standalone Digital-Worker API keys and Agent runtimes cannot. Omit subject IDs only for workspace/collection placement.
