חיפוש מתכונים — Search public recipes
Lexical (substring) search over recipes that have been published publicly on Living Recipe Books. Matches title, short description, ingredient names, tags, categories, cuisine and the author's display name. The corpus is Hebrew-first and right-to-left: Hebrew queries match best, and results come back in the language they were written in, which is usually Hebrew. There is no stemming, no synonyms and no semantic matching — a query only matches if it appears as a literal substring. DOES NOT COVE
מתכון מלא — Get one public recipe
The full public record of one recipe: sections, ingredients (both the normalised line and the family's own verbatim wording where it was kept), steps, times, servings, equipment, substitutions, notes, gallery images, the story behind it, its attribution, and its approved reviews. A recipe has exactly ONE public address, `/recipes/{bookSlug}/{recipeSlug}`, where `bookSlug` is its canonical book — the book its owner published it in. A correct recipe slug under the wrong book slug returns null, no
כל המתכונים — Browse public recipes
Recipe cards from the public corpus, newest first by default. A card carries the title, short description, cover image, author, times, difficulty, servings, rating, cuisine, categories, tags, dietary claims, and the public address — but not the ingredients or the method. Call `get_recipe` for those. Use this to browse or sample; use `search_recipes` when you have a query. Sorting by `topRated` is confidence-aware: a single five-star rating does not outrank forty four-star ones, and recipes with
ספרי מתכונים — Browse public recipe books
Public recipe books, most recently updated first. A book is a curated collection with an owner, a cover, a description and a recipe count — the organising unit of this product, not a tag. Books whose recipes are all private are omitted unless `includeEmpty` is set, because a public book with nothing visible in it is a dead end for a reader. `recipeCount` is the PUBLIC count — the number of recipes a visitor would see. It is legitimately smaller than the number the owner sees, and the difference
ספר מתכונים — Get one public recipe book
One public book with its recipes in the curator's own intentional order — that ordering is a deliberate editorial act by the book's owner, so present the recipes in the order given rather than re-sorting them. Includes the book's story, subtitle, stated language and cover design. `language` is null when the owner did not state one; null is NOT Hebrew, and filling it in would be inventing a fact about someone's book. RETURNS NULL for both 'no such book' and 'not public' — one answer for both. T
פרופיל ציבורי — Get a public profile
A contributor's public entrance: display name, bio, avatar, join date, and the recipes and books they have published publicly. DOES NOT COVER, and cannot: drafts, private recipes, private books, saved recipes, personal notes, and any count derived from them. This is a public profile, not an account — there is no email, no account identifier and no activity history in the shape at all. `recipeCount` and `bookCount` count only what is public. RETURNS NULL when no such public profile exists.
מדפי הבית — The curated home rails
The four editorial rails the home page is built from, each with its Hebrew heading and up to six recipe cards: 'new', 'topRated', 'heritage' (recipes that carry both a story and an attribution — the handed-down ones) and 'quick' (60 minutes or less of active time). Call this first for orientation: it is the cheapest way to see what this corpus actually contains, and 'heritage' is not expressible through `search_recipes` or `list_recipes` filters. The selections are deterministic, not personali
ביקורות אחרונות — Recent community reviews
Recent approved reviews of publicly listed recipes: the rating, the review text, whether the reviewer actually cooked the dish (`madeThis`), who wrote it, and which recipe it is about. DOES NOT COVER: reviews being held or rejected by moderation, and reviews of anything not publicly listed. `recipe.href` is null when the recipe's canonical book is not itself public — there is no public address to link to in that case, and inventing one produces a 404. Reviews are written by readers, not by the
מתכונים קשורים — Recipes related to one recipe
Public recipes related to a given recipe, ranked exactly as the website's own 'related' rail ranks them: shared cuisine counts most, then each shared category, then each shared tag, with a small bonus for the same author and ties broken by the confidence-aware rating. Returns cards, not full recipes. Prefer this over running your own similarity search with `search_recipes`: that tool filters on a single tag or category with no scoring, so it will show a person a different set from the one the p
