List Products
Get the list of available products/services from the database. Use this FIRST to discover valid product names before searching. Returns canonical product names with counts per source (roadmap vs message_center). IMPORTANT: Product names must be exact. Common examples: "Microsoft Teams" (not "Teams"), "Exchange Online" (not "Exchange"), "SharePoint Online" (not "SharePoint"), "Microsoft Copilot (Microsoft 365)" (not "Copilot"). Always call this tool first to get the correct names.
List Filters
Get available filter values from the database. Returns actual values for statuses, tags, categories, severities, and available deployment months. Use this to discover valid filter values before searching. NOTE: Some filters are source-specific. "status" applies to Roadmap only. "tags", "category", "severity", "isMajorChange" apply to Message Center only. "products", "dateRange", and "featured" apply to both sources.
Search
Search Microsoft 365 Roadmap and Message Center items with filters. Returns lightweight summaries — use fetch(id) to get full details including bodyContent, change history, and impacts. Fetch
Fetch complete details for a specific item by ID, including change history.
