Updates title, content and/or position. Backend creates a new version for content/title changes. Entity type cannot be changed.

Returns only a selected line range from the latest entity version. Lines are counted from 1, including empty lines.

Patch entity text lines

Replaces an inclusive line range in the latest entity version and creates a new version. Requires baseVersionId to prevent stale writes.

Replace exact entity text fragment

Replaces an exact text fragment in the latest entity version and creates a new version. If the fragment appears more than once, pass occurrence.

List entity versions

Returns versions of one entity without full text content.

Get entity version text

Returns one entity version including its text content.

Add entity tags

Adds tags to an entity. Backend creates missing tags inside the project.

Remove entity tag

Removes a tag relation from an entity. Requires confirm=true.
