Docusign List Templates

List available DocuSign templates. Templates are pre-configured envelope structures with documents, recipients, and signing fields already set up. Use templates to quickly send commonly used documents like NDAs, contracts, or forms without recreating the structure each time. Returns template IDs for sending new envelopes from those templates.

Docusign Send Envelope

Send documents for electronic signature via DocuSign. Create an envelope with one or more documents, specify recipients (signers and CC), and optionally set signing order. Supports PDF, Word, Excel, and other document formats. This is the primary tool for initiating signature workflows - use it to send contracts, NDAs, agreements, or any document requiring legal signatures.

Docusign Void Envelope

Void (cancel) a DocuSign envelope to stop the signing process. Use this to cancel sent envelopes that are no longer needed, contain errors, or need to be replaced. Voiding is permanent and cannot be undone. Recipients will be notified that the envelope has been voided. Only envelopes in 'sent' or 'delivered' status can be voided - completed envelopes cannot be voided.

Fetch

Universal fetch tool that retrieves any DocuSign envelope, template, or document using smart ID routing with colon-separated format. Get complete envelope details including recipient status, document list, and audit trail information.

Search

Search DocuSign envelopes using natural language or structured queries. Returns ranked results with IDs, subjects, status, and recipient information. Perfect for finding contracts, NDAs, or documents by status, date, or recipient.
