DocuSign

DocuSign manages e-signatures for contracts, NDAs, and agreements. Each credential is bound to a single DocuSign account_id; base_path is region-specific and defaults from the account when not set.

Data Model

  • Envelopes (sent documents; sent, voided), Templates (reusable document templates). Create envelope from template or send new; void cancels in-progress envelope.

Gotchas

  • Base path: US prod is na3.docusign.net; demo is demo.docusign.net. Omit to auto-detect from account.
  • Void is irreversible: Once voided, envelope cannot be resent.
  • Template roles: Create-from-template requires signer/recipient role names matching template.
