get-business-brief
Fetch the authenticated founder's business brief (industry, target customer, problem, etc.). Returns brief: null if no brief exists.
Get Business Brief — Fetch the authenticated founder's business brief (industry, target customer, problem, etc.). Returns brief: null if no brief exists.
Get Playbooks — Returns the list of playbooks relevant for the authenticated user.
Get Playbook Details — Fetch a playbook by id or slug, including its slim brief schema and the user's existing answers (if any) so a partial draft can be resumed.
List Workspace Playbooks — List the playbooks on the authenticated user's workspace roadmap with their progress, ordered by Blueprint phase. `status` is the roadmap state — `to_be_briefed` (awaiting the founder's brief), `briefed`, `in_revision`, `completed` — and `source` distinguishes playbooks placed on the roadmap for this founder (`system`) from ones added by hand (`founder`). `totals_by_status` counts the whole roadmap regardless of any filter. Active runs only; a restarted playbook reports its current run in `run_n
Store Playbook Brief — Submits the completed playbook brief to the API. Pass `force: true` to archive any existing active brief and replace it.
Create Support Ticket — Creates a support ticket for issues that require human assistance. Use this when the user is frustrated, confused, has problems with their Doer, or explicitly asks to speak with someone from the team.
Fetch Conversation Logs — Fetches the past conversation logs we have on record for the authenticated user. Use it when the user is referring to previous conversations or context from previous conversations is needed.
List Task Assignees — List workspace members who can be used as task assignees. Use this before create-task, update-task, or list-tasks when the user names a founder or doer and you need their user_id. Founders resolve their workspace automatically; multi-workspace doers should pass workspace_id or send the x-doneverse-workspace-id header.

Operate Doneverse?
This server appears in the MCPBundles directory. Verify you operate it to take over the listing — name, description, logo, contact email, and skill content. We email a 6-digit code to a maintainer address your server publishes in /.well-known/security.txt or /.well-known/mcpbundles.json. Free, takes about a minute.
MCPBundles publishes this directory for MCP discovery. Except where we host or operate an offering, third-party services run under their own terms. Product and company names on this page are used in a descriptive, identifying way (including under nominative fair use where applicable); they remain the property of their owners. Nothing here grants you rights in those marks, and nothing here is an offer to sell a third party's services. Terms · Request removal

List Workspaces — List workspaces the authenticated user belongs to. For founders this is their own workspace; for doers it's every workspace they're a member of (use the returned workspace_id with x-doneverse-workspace-id or the workspace_id arg on task tools).
Create Task — Create a task in the authenticated user's workspace. Only available to founders and doers — admin/DSL must use the dashboard. `assigned_to` accepts a user_id, an email, a workspace member's name (case-insensitive), or "me"; ambiguous matches return `assignee_candidates`. Dates accept YYYY-MM-DD or relative phrases like "tomorrow" or "next friday". When `recurrence: "custom"`, the parsed structure is echoed back as `recurrence_parsed`.
Update Task — Update fields on an existing task. Only the task creator or assignee may update; reassignment is restricted to the creator. Only available to founders and doers. `assigned_to` accepts user_id, email, name, or "me"; dates accept YYYY-MM-DD or relative phrases.
Update Task Status — Change the status of a task. Allowed for the task creator or assignee. A non-empty `comment` is required when setting status to "blocked". Completing a recurring task automatically queues the next occurrence.
List Tasks — List tasks in the authenticated user's workspace, sorted by deadline ascending. Filter by status, priority, assignee (user_id, email, name, or "me"), or source. Only available to founders and doers.
Get Task — Fetch a task by id from the authenticated user's workspace, including its status log, non-internal comments, and attached files. Only available to founders and doers.
Get Coaching Session — Load (or open/resume) the doer's weekly coaching session and return its current state. Call this first. Pass `session_id` (the active session for this conversation) so you load exactly that session — its pre-submitted work, challenges, SMART actions, and escalations. It returns the session_id every other coaching tool needs. `resumed` is true when an in-progress session already existed.
Record Challenge — Capture (or update) a challenge surfaced this session. Rule 7: each challenge needs a 1–10 impact_score and a specific dated action_item before the session can close — but you can save partials as they come up and fill the rest later. Pass challenge_id to update an existing one.
Record Smart Action — Capture (or update) a SMART action the doer commits to. A session closes on exactly THREE SMART actions, each with a conviction ≥ 8 — an internal read below 8 is a polite no and must be renegotiated in-session. When the doer renegotiates, update the same action (pass action_id) with the new conviction and renegotiated_from = the prior read. `conviction` is an INTERNAL label — never spoken to the doer.
Raise Escalation — Raise a human escalation from this session. Created immediately (unlike SMART actions, which land at close) — Rule 9 attrition signals (silence, frustration, resignation hints, repeated detractor ratings) must reach a human within 24h. Set attrition: true for those to stamp the 24h SLA deadline.
Close Session — Close the weekly session. Validates Rule 7 (every challenge scored + dated action) and Rule 8 (exactly THREE SMART actions, each committed ≥ 8). On failure returns valid:false with `incomplete` listing what blocks the gate — `action_count` {required, actual} when you have too few or too many actions, plus any uncommitted actions or incomplete challenges. Fix those (add/remove/renegotiate), then call again (idempotent). Optionally record a summary. Loyalty points (Rule 10) and the session risk sc
Get Onboarding Session — Load (or open) the founder's onboarding brief and return its current state. CALL THIS FIRST, before asking anything. It returns `next_question` (the exact question to ask now), `outstanding_question_ids`, progress counts, and every answer given so far — including from an earlier visit, so you can pick up mid-conversation instead of starting over. `resumed` is true when the founder had a session already; when true, acknowledge that they're returning rather than greeting them as new.
Detect Industry — Detect the founder's industry from what they already told you, for question Q4.2. Call it with their niche (Q1.5) and business overview (Q1.1) — both are in the answers get-onboarding-session returned. Show the founder the `label` it returns via ui_confirm_industry so they can confirm or correct it; never state the industry as settled yourself, and never guess one without calling this. `matched: false` means nothing matched and this is the spec's default, so present it as a question rather than
Record Brief Answer — Save the founder's answer to one question, then return the updated brief state including the next question to ask. Call this immediately after EVERY answer — never batch several answers and never wait until the end, because an unsaved answer is lost if the conversation drops. Returns `nudge` when the answer is thinner than the question asks for: the answer IS saved, so treat the nudge as a prompt to probe for more detail conversationally, not as a failure. A hard validation error comes back as v
