Build and publish a course

A course, its modules, its lessons and the order a member meets them in. Everything here lands as a DRAFT nobody can see until you publish. Set `act` to one of: - read: One course in full, or every course when courseId is omitted. Start here. - create_course: A new course. Write and publish a guide

Guides are the standalone written pieces beside your courses: recipes, protocols, checklists. Built step by step, published when you say so. Group guides into collections

A collection is the shelf a guide sits on, and what members browse. Set `act` to one of: - create: A new shelf for guides to sit on, which is what members browse. - update: Rename it or change its description. - reorder: The order collections appear in. Send every id.

Write a funnel page

Public landing pages built from typed sections. Draft, read back what was stored, refine, then publish. Set `act` to one of: - read: One page's sections, or every page when pageId is omitted. Read before every edit. - create: A new draft page nobody can see. - update: Replace the page WHOLE. Compose every section from what read just returned. - publish: Put it on the public internet, where search engines index it.

Build the community website

The coach's own multi-page site: its pages, its menu, its footer and its chrome. Set `act` to one of: - read: The whole site as it stands. Start here. - create_page: A new page on the coach's own website. - apply_template: Lay a whole starter site down in one go. - set_menu: The site's navigation. Do this after the pages exist. - set_footer: The site's footer links and text. - set_chrome: Header style, colours and the rest of the frame.

Brand the community

How the member surface looks and reads: the wordmark, the colours, the page copy, the welcome flow, the home rails and the paywall. Set `act` to one of: - read: The whole theme as it stands. Read before every edit. - brand_look: Wordmark, colours and typography. - page_copy: The words on the member home, library and community pages. - member_onboarding: The welcome message and the profile questions a new member answers. - add_home_section: A new rail on the member home page. - update_home_secti

Community settings

The switches a coach sets once: what the tabs are called, which surfaces members see, and the rules for discussions, events and messages. Set `act` to one of: - labels: Rename the tabs members see, AND switch the audio and events surfaces on or off. LIVE immediately; keep the previous values it returns. - community: The community's name, its timezone, and which alerts the coach is emailed. No description: that belongs to a discussion category. The surface toggles live on manage_settings/labels.

Write a broadcast email

The email a coach sends to members or leads. Drafted here, sent from the console, and referenced by automations and forms. Set `act` to one of: - read: One email, or every email when emailId is omitted. Says whether it is LIVE. - create: A new draft. Sends to nobody until a person presses send. - update: Edit a draft. Editing a LIVE one changes what automations and forms send from now on.

Build an email journey

A journey enrols people on a trigger and mails them on its own schedule. Compose it as a draft, then arm it deliberately. Set `act` to one of: - read: One journey in full: its trigger, and what every step sends, tags or says. Every journey when automationId is omitted. - create: A new draft journey. Mails nobody. - rename: Rename a journey. Does not change what it does. - set_steps: Lay out the trigger and the steps. Replaces the whole graph, and refuses a journey holding anything only the cons

Capture leads with a form

A form collects an email address and sets off whatever you wire to it: a list, a tag, a file, an autoresponder. Set `act` to one of: - create: A new draft form. Collects nothing until you publish it. - update: Fields, the audience a signup joins, and the confirmation email. - publish: Publish the form so it starts collecting signups.

Set up the booking calendar

The session types a member or a stranger can book, and the hours you are open for them. Set `act` to one of: - create: A new bookable session type. Needs availability to take bookings. - update: Duration, price, location and the rest. - reorder: The order they are offered in. Send every id. - availability: The weekly hours you accept bookings in.

Schedule a session

Events on the community calendar: in person, online by a pasted link, or hosted in a Drry room. Set `act` to one of: - create: A new event: in person, an online link, or a Drry room. - update: Change the time, the place or the details.

Run the audio library

Tracks and the collections they sit in. Files are uploaded in the console; everything about them is set here. Set `act` to one of: - create_collection: A new collection for tracks to sit in, which is how members browse the audio library. - update_collection: Rename a collection or move it. - update_track: Title, collection and position of a track. - publish_track: Make a track audible. Queues the new-drops email. - set_chapters: Chapter marks inside a long track, so a listener can skip.

Read and fix a transcript

The words a track or a video was transcribed to, and the corrections you make to them. Set `act` to one of: - read: The transcript as it stands, with its hash. - edit: Correct a passage. Needs the hash the read returned.

Gate content by membership tier

Point a course, guide, event or track at a membership rung, so only members at that rung or above can open it. Set `act` to one of: - list: The rungs you can gate at, with their ids. - set_gate: Put a row behind a rung, locked or hidden. - rename: Rename a membership rung. Members keep their rate.

Sell with a payment link

A link a single client can pay. LIVE the moment it exists: confirm the amount before creating one, not after. Set `act` to one of: - list: Every link and what it charges. - create: A new link. Nobody is charged until a client opens it and pays. - update: Edit a link that nobody has paid yet. - archive: Stop a link taking new payments. - reactivate: Put an archived link back in service.

Bring a contact list over

Importing the mailing list a coach is moving from another platform, and taking a batch back out if it went wrong. Set `act` to one of: - import: Up to 500 rows. ASK about permission to email before setting the flag. - undo: Remove one batch. Each import call is its own batch. - history: What has been imported and when.

Organise the marketing workspace

The folders, lists, tags, saved replies and reusable blocks the email side is filed into. Set `act` to one of: - folders: Make or rename an email folder. - lists: Make or rename a contact list. Makes it EMPTY; who joins is decided in the console. - tags: Define or rename a contact tag. Tags nobody. - assets: Duplicate an email, save a block, set footer socials. - saved_replies: The canned replies used in messages. - funnel_pages: Duplicate a funnel page, or set which one is the home page.

One read over everything a coach has set up. Say what you want with `act`; each answer carries the ids the write tools need. Reads over the people and the conversation. Post BODIES are never returned, and no member email address is. Set `act` to one of: - members: Who belongs, by display name and join date. Staff only. - posts: Recent post titles, who wrote them and how much they drew. - moderation_queue: What automatic moderation held, and how many reports are open. Staff only. - growth: How membership has moved. Staff only.

List your communities, or read one's setup

With NO communityId, lists every community you can manage with the id other tools need and the seat you hold in each. Call it first: every other community tool requires a communityId and there is no default. With a communityId, reads that one's setup instead: its name and address, which member surfaces are switched on, what each tab is called, its plan, its currency, and whether it is admitting new members. Read that before changing anything, so a suggestion fits what is already there.

Pending member email

The new-content email your community is about to receive, and the way to call it off. Publishing a lesson, a course, an audio track or a guide queues ONE email to every member with access, and an announced event joins the same batch. It is sent a few hours after the first thing you published, so later publishes join the same email instead of adding another.
