Search Properties

Search active property listings with filters and pagination. Prices are MXN. Use place_id (from suggest_places/top_colonias) instead of a plain city string for neighborhood/postal-code precision. Results are capped hard — see emedos://limits.

Get Property

Fetch full detail for one listing by id (uuid) or slug, plus up to 6 similar listings. Includes cercania (nearby-amenity counts), location_precision, and location_radius_m.

Suggest Places

Autocomplete colonias, postal codes, and cities. Returns a place_id for each colonia/CP result — feed that into search_properties or colonia_info.

Top Colonias

A city's highest-inventory colonias, each with a place_id ready for search_properties or colonia_info.

Colonia Info

A colonia's landing-page bundle: active/median listing stats, nearby-amenity counts inside its polygon, and neighboring colonias.

Market Stats

Facet counts for a city (property types, operation types, price ranges, bedrooms/bathrooms, amenities) — MXN price boundaries.

My Listings

The authenticated agent's own claimed listings, with lifetime engagement (views/saves/leads). Requires an API key.

My Stats

Dashboard stats over the authenticated agent's claimed listings for a period: totals, deltas vs the previous window, a daily series, and a per-listing breakdown. Requires an API key.

Create Listing

Create a new agent-authored listing. Always lands as status='pending_review' — invisible to public search until an admin approves it. Requires an API key belonging to a verified agent account. See emedos://listing-guide.

Update Listing

Edit an owned listing's fields. Only the fields you pass are changed; tags MERGE with existing uncurated tags rather than replacing them, photos[] REPLACES the stored array. Requires an API key.

Set Listing Status

Pause or reactivate an owned listing. Only 'active' <-> 'paused' is allowed here — a pending_review listing cannot self-approve, and a rejected one must go through resubmit_listing instead. Requires an API key.

Resubmit Listing

Resend a rejected listing for review ('rejected' -> 'pending_review'). Only legal from status 'rejected'. Requires an API key.

Delete Listing

Soft-delete an owned listing (status='deleted'; view/lead history is preserved, never a hard delete, never reversible through this API). Requires confirm: true. Requires an API key.

Sign Photo Upload

Get a presigned URL to upload one listing photo or expediente document. Bytes go direct to storage, never through this MCP server — PUT the file to the returned url with the given headers, then put the returned public_url into a listing's photos[] via update_listing. Requires an API key.

My Profile

Read the authenticated agent's own profile (bio/avatarUrl/zones/specialties/languages/name/phone). Requires an API key.

Update Profile

Edit the authenticated agent's own profile. Only the fields you pass are changed. Requires an API key.
