Data Model

• Organisations: Top-level. employment_hero_list_organisations (provides organization_id, organization_configids).
• Employees, Teams: People. employment_hero_list_employees, list_teams.
• Certifications, Custom Fields: Employee data. employment_hero_list_certifications, list_custom_fields.
• Leave Requests, Policies: HR operations. employment_hero_list_leave_requests, list_policies.
• Pay Details: employment_hero_fetch_pay_details (needs organization_configids, employees_configids).

Gotchas

• organization_configids + employees_configids: Pay details and some cert/custom field calls need both from org and employee.
