Templates allowed: new_booking, upcoming_booking, cancelled_booking, payment_received, form_response, overdue_pickup, overdue_return, overdue_checkin, balance_due_reminder.

• Confirm Pending Sms

  Sends an SMS that send_sms_template_to_booking previously proposed, identified by its pending_id. This is the call that actually delivers the message.

  Review one booking request in full before answering it: what they asked for, what they wrote, the total, whether there is room that day, and which qualified guides are free.

• Suggest Booking Request Time

  Offer the customer a different departure on the same experience. The request moves to that time and they get a link with one button to confirm; their card stays saved and uncharged until they do.

• Approve Booking Request

  Approve a booking request: confirm the booking and charge the card the customer saved when they asked. Re-checks that the slot is still free first. Confirm the experience, date, party size and total with the owner before calling this.
