Verify a lab's accreditation
Verify one laboratory's accreditation against FindTestingLabs' mirror of national accreditation registers, and optionally check whether its accredited scope covers a specific test standard. Identify the lab by certificate_number (best - add ab_code if you know it), by lab_id from search_labs, or by lab_name plus country. Always report the data_as_of date alongside the answer, and treat a negative scope result as 'no evidence found in the accredited scope on file', never as proof the lab cannot p
