Flowlu is an all-in-one workspace: CRM pipelines, Agile delivery, finance documents, merchandising and stock, operational tasks and structured projects, time capture, HR absences, custom metadata on core records, and shared scheduling.

Data Model

• CRM — accounts and leads anchored to pipelines and funnel stages.
• Agile — projects, issues, sprints, epics, and workflow automation.
• Finance — invoicing, estimates, ledger transactions, and banking relationships.
• Tasks & projects — lightweight task lists plus portfolio-style project entities (st_* in the API).
• Products & stock — catalog, price tiers, and store-level inventory documents.
• Time — timelogs rolled into timesheets for billing or payroll views.
• Extensions — custom fields on entities; calendars for timed events and blocks.

Gotchas

• Lifecycle coverage: Each entity family supports full create/read/update/archive flows—confirm payload shapes against the live API surface you are calling.
• IDs: Create responses usually return identifiers; thread those through related records (leads, accounts, invoices, etc.).
• Pipelines: CRM uses pipeline + stage. Create pipeline first, then stages.
