Formbricks is an API-based platform for collecting and analyzing form data, enabling businesses to create user surveys and gain insights. Use it to gather customer feedback and improve decision-making.

Data Model

• Action Classes — user actions that can be tracked (e.g. button clicks, page views).
• Attribute Classes — custom attributes attached to identified people.
• Identified Peoples — users identified across sessions via attributes.
• Responses — individual survey submissions.
• Surveys — form definitions with questions and logic.
• Webhooks — outbound notifications for events like new responses.

Gotchas

• Survey logic: In-app logic (skip logic, piping) is configured in the UI; API exposes structure, not runtime behavior.
• Response deduplication: Identified people can have multiple responses; filter by survey_id when analyzing.
