The full offer set (often thousands) is cached server-side. You get back a compact
summary — a price-distribution over the offers you can actually order for `qty`,
quartile id-buckets, and a top-50 cheapest `ratings` preview — plus a `session_id`;
NOT every offer.

resolver call, then search offers for each resolved part number.

each offer is the full CS shape (title, brand, donor, price, priceBreak, minq,

Use after search_partnumber to inspect the offers the summary pointed you at. Only
ids from your own session are returned.
