Whoami
Confirm which ScalePilot account this connection is authenticated as. Use this first if anything seems wrong — it distinguishes a bad key from an empty account.
Get Pipeline
Get every lead in the user's sales pipeline, with their stage, offers and values. Returns the account's stage definitions alongside the leads, so this is also the quickest way to see how their pipeline is laid out.
List Pipeline Stages
List this account's pipeline stages (names, order, close probability, which one means won). Stages are per-account and are renamed freely by users — never assume a stage called "Discovery" or "Negotiation" exists. Call this before creating or moving a lead.
Get Pipeline Summary
Totals per pipeline stage: how many leads, their combined value, and weighted value.
List Offers
List the user's offers — the products/services a lead can be attached to. Set `keep_only` to true to restrict to offers they have decided to keep. Use this to find an offer id before attaching one to a lead.
Get Cash Flow
Month-by-month cash flow for a year: opening balance, money in, money out, closing balance. Defaults to the current year. READ ONLY — these figures come from the user's connected bank feed and cannot be edited from here.
Get Cash Flow Summary
Year totals for cash in, cash out and net position. Defaults to the current year.
Get Monthly Expenses
The user's recurring monthly expenses, grouped by category, with their money goals.
Get Financial Summary
Revenue and expense totals by category over a date range (YYYY-MM-DD). Defaults to the last 30 days when no dates are given.
Get Revenue Goals
Get the user's revenue goals for a year: per-offer targets and the annual total. Defaults to the current year. Each goal ties to an offer from `list_offers` and has a monthly or yearly quantity that drives projected revenue.
Set Revenue Goal
Set or update a revenue goal for one offer. `offer_id` comes from `list_offers`. Pass `monthly_quantity` (how many you plan to sell per month) or `yearly_quantity` (total for the year) — whichever is more natural. Set `input_mode` to "yearly" when using `yearly_quantity`. If a goal for this offer and year already exists it is updated, not duplicated.
Set Annual Revenue Goal
Set the user's overall annual revenue goal (a single dollar figure for the year). This is the top-level target that the dashboard tracks against. It is separate from the per-offer goals in `set_revenue_goal`.
Add Monthly Expense
Add a planned recurring expense. `scope` is "business" or "personal". `tier` is "need", "want", or "desire". `frequency` is "monthly", "annual", or "one_off". The amount is the per-period cost.
Update Monthly Expense
Update an existing planned expense. Only the fields you pass are changed. Get `item_id` from `get_monthly_expenses`.
Create Lead
Add ONE lead to the sales pipeline. `stage_name` is matched against the account's own stages; omit it to use their first stage. `next_action_date` is YYYY-MM-DD. `offer_ids` come from `list_offers`. To add several people at once, use `create_leads` instead — it de-duplicates and is one round trip.
Create Leads
Add MANY leads to the pipeline in one go — the right tool for a list of event attendees, a webinar signup list, or anything else you have gathered. Each entry in `leads` accepts the same fields as `create_lead` (`first_name` is the only required one). A top-level `stage_name` applies to every lead that does not name its own. With `skip_duplicates` (the default), anyone whose email already appears in the pipeline is skipped rather than added twice, so re-running the same list is safe. Returns a
Update Lead
Update an existing lead's details. Only the fields you pass are changed. Get `lead_id` from `get_pipeline`. To change which STAGE a lead is in, use `move_lead_to_stage` instead.
Move Lead To Stage
Move a lead to a different pipeline stage, e.g. after a call or when a deal closes. `stage_name` is matched against the account's own stages. Moving a lead recalculates its weighted value from that stage's close probability.
