Granola is an AI-powered meeting note-taking application. This bundle provides access to meeting recordings, transcripts, AI-generated notes, and organizational folders.

Entity Hierarchy

• Account is the top-level boundary for all meeting data.
• Folders organize meetings into groups (by project, team, or topic).
• Meetings are individual recorded sessions with metadata (title, date, participants, duration).
• Transcripts are the full text of meeting audio with speaker attribution and timestamps.
• Notes are AI-generated or manually edited summaries attached to meetings.

Capabilities

Search and discovery:

• List meetings filtered by time range (last 7 days, 30 days, etc.)
• Search meetings by keyword across titles, notes, and transcripts
• Retrieve meetings by specific IDs for batch access

Meeting details:

• Get full meeting metadata (title, date, duration, participants)
• Access complete transcripts with speaker labels
• Read AI-generated meeting notes and summaries

Workflows

Find a past discussion: Search meetings by keyword (e.g., "pricing decision"). Review matching meeting notes for a summary, then drill into the transcript for the exact conversation.

Prepare for a follow-up: List recent meetings with a specific topic. Review the AI-generated notes and action items from the previous meeting.

Review meeting history: List meetings from the last 30 days. Get transcripts for meetings that need detailed review.

Batch meeting review: Retrieve multiple meetings by ID in a single request to cross-reference discussions across sessions.

Gotchas

• Time range required: Listing meetings needs a time range filter. Without one, results may be empty or narrow.
• Transcript availability: Transcripts are only available for recorded meetings. Unrecorded meetings have notes but no transcript.
• Search scope: Search matches across titles, notes, and transcript content. Results rank by relevance, not chronology.
• Meeting IDs: Batch retrieval requires meeting IDs from a prior list or search.
