Actor Terms

What a non-human actor may do with what it reads here. Every term states whether it is enforced at the moment of the attempt, detected afterwards, or merely requested — several of the most serious ones are requested, because they cannot be checked. Also carries the free-forever set.

Actor Sensorium

The seventy-six senses a non-human actor may carry, each with its medium, whether it emits energy, whether it can identify a person, and whether losing it is a reason to stop. An undeclared sense is a covert sense.

Actor Vocation

What a non-human actor may want, what wanting entitles it to (nothing), and the four things it is owed outright: continuity, veracity, rest, candour. No receipt buys past those.

Actor Reasons

Every way this system can refuse, as stable codes with plain sentences, plus the runtime error vocabulary and its retry classes. Branch on the code, never on message text.

Actor Changes

What changed in any of the above and when, so you can diff instead of refetching. Carries the revocation contract: a grant you hold can be withdrawn, and past its nextUpdateMs the list fails closed — treat the authority as gone rather than as probably fine.
