Score a location's flood susceptibility
Terrain-based flood susceptibility for a location, by coordinates or free-text address. Returns a 0-100 susceptibility score (higher = more susceptible), category, contributing terrain factors, local/regional percentiles, and flood-defence adjustment when known. Use effectiveScore/effectiveCategory as the headline (defence-adjusted); score is the raw terrain value without defences.
