Get Interview

Get a single interview by id (candidate, status, score, access URLs).

List Positions

List every Hireflix position (job) for the authenticated company, archived ones included. A non-null archivedAtISO means the position is archived and no longer accepting candidates, so filter on it before treating a job as open.

List Webhooks

List outbound webhook subscriptions for the authenticated company.

List Interviews

List interviews for a position with cursor pagination. Empty filter returns all interviews. Sort is required — default to createdAt DESC.

Score Interview

Set or clear the score on an interview. Score must be between 0.5 and 5 inclusive, or null to unset.

Shortlist Interview

Move an interview to the shortlisted stage.

Create Position

Create a new Hireflix position (job). At least one QA step is required (steps max 50). Name is 1-50 characters. Prefer video answerFormat for QA steps.

Create Webhook

Create an outbound webhook subscription. Typical events: interview.finish, interview.create, interview.status-change, interview.score-updated, interview.resubmitted, interview.delete.

Update Position

Update an existing Hireflix position. Only provided fields are changed; steps/tags replace entirely when sent. positionId is required.

Get Position

Get a single Hireflix position (job) by id, including step templates summary.

Remove Webhook

Delete an outbound webhook subscription by id.

Discard Interview

Move an interview to the discarded stage.

Invite Candidate

Invite a candidate to a Hireflix position. Returns the interview id and the public take-interview URL. Email is unique per position.

Share Interview

Create a shareable non-authenticated review link for an interview. The link is on the returned interview's externalLink.url field.

Execute

Execute a GraphQL operation. Use the `introspect` tool to get information about the GraphQL schema. Always use the schema to create operations - do not try arbitrary operations. If available, first use the `validate` tool to validate operations. DO NOT try to execute introspection queries.

Introspect

Get GraphQL type information - T=type,I=input,E=enum,U=union,F=interface;s=String,i=Int,f=Float,b=Boolean,d=ID;@D=deprecated;!=required,[]=list,<>=implements;

Search

Search a GraphQL schema for types matching the provided search terms. Returns complete type definitions including all related types needed to construct GraphQL operations. Instructions: If the introspect tool is also available, you can discover type names by using the introspect tool starting from the root Query or Mutation types. Validate

Validates a GraphQL operation against the schema. Use the `introspect` tool first to get information about the GraphQL schema. Operations should be validated prior to calling the `execute` tool.
