• Add Google Client Id

  Push a Google OAuth client_id to the master inbox of each given domain (needed by some sequencers for Google mailboxes). 15-minute cooldown per domain — skipped domains come back under `skipped`.

• Buy Prewarm Domains

  Buy pre-warmed domains by ID (1–50). Credits are charged for domains + their mailboxes. THIS IS A PAID ACTION — always confirm the domains and total price (per_domain_price + per_mailbox_price × mailbox_count) with the user, and check the wallet first.

• Check Domain Availability

  Step 1 of BUYING a domain through Icemail: check whether a domain is available to purchase, with pricing and alternative suggestions. Allowed TLDs: com, net, org, live only — the API rejects biz/info. Supports prefix/suffix/TLD filters for suggestions. Not needed for domains the user already owns — those use the connect flow (get_nameservers → create_order with import_existing=true).

• Check Domains Preorder

  Pre-order domain checks (run BEFORE create_order): checks every domain against BlacklistMaster's blocklist aggregation plus a SURBL DNS dig, and — when check_nameservers=true — digs each domain's NS records to confirm they point to Icemail's nameservers. Returns a per-domain pass/fail report with exact failure reasons. create_order runs these same checks automatically: passing domains are ordered, failing ones are skipped and reported — so use this first to catch problems before the user confirm

• Clear Domain Dns

  WIND-DOWN STAGE 2 — wipe a domain's stale MX/SPF/DKIM/DMARC/forwarding records so it can be reused for a fresh mailbox batch. Only works when the domain has ZERO active mailboxes (run delete_mailboxes_by_domain first). Async — completes in ~10–15 min.

• Configure Auto Topup

  Enable/disable automatic wallet recharging: when balance drops below threshold, topup_amount is charged to the saved card. Recommend this after a manual top-up so orders never fail on insufficient balance.

• Create Dns Records

  Create one or more DNS records on a domain (A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, TXT, NS, SRV, PTR, HTTPS, SVCB, TLSA, CAA). Use '@' as the name for the root domain.

• Create Order

  Provision domains and their mailboxes in one call — this is the ONLY way mailboxes get created. Two flows: (1) BUY — import_existing=false/omitted purchases new domains through Icemail and auto-configures DNS; run check_domain_availability first. (2) CONNECT — import_existing=true imports domains the user already owns (no domain charge); the user MUST have already pointed the domain at Icemail's default nameservers (get_nameservers) before ordering. PRE-ORDER GATE: every domain is checked first

• Create Webhook

  Register a webhook endpoint (OWNER/ADMIN). Omit subscribed_events to receive ALL events: order.mailbox.active/failed, order.domain.active/failed, order.export.completed, order.mailbox.deleted/renewed, mailbox.renewal.reminder, domain.renewal.reminder. Max 5 endpoints per workspace.

• Create Workspace

  Create a new workspace (OWNER/ADMIN role required). Domains, mailboxes, and billing are all scoped per workspace — separate workspaces isolate clients/projects.

• Delete Domains

  WIND-DOWN STAGE 3 (terminal) — permanently remove domains from the workspace listing, with their DNS zones. Only CONNECTED (imported) domains qualify — purchased domains are skipped (registrar lifecycle is separate), and domains with active mailboxes are skipped (run stage 1 first). Async ~10–15 min. IRREVERSIBLE — confirm explicitly with the user.

• Delete Mailboxes By Domain

  WIND-DOWN STAGE 1 — delete every mailbox on the given domains. mode=immediate deletes permanently NOW (no undo); mode=scheduled deletes at each domain's earliest next_billing_date so the user keeps paid-for runway. Domain rows and DNS are untouched. DESTRUCTIVE — confirm count and mode with the user first.

• Delete Webhook

  Delete a webhook endpoint (and its delivery history).

• Export Mailboxes

  Export mailboxes to a cold-email sequencer: instantly, smartlead, reachinbox, emailbison, plusvibe, masterinbox, salesforge, sendkit, outreachfox, or `other` for anything else. ACTIVE mailboxes only — IN_PROGRESS/FAILED returns 400. Credential needs vary: username+password for most; sequencer_api_key for instantly/reachinbox/emailbison/sendkit; url for emailbison; app_workspace_name for most (workspace ID for masterinbox; Icemail workspace ID for outreachfox). Runs asynchronously — poll get_expo

• Get Dns Records

  Get the DNS records for a domain (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX, etc.). Useful after connecting an external domain to confirm DNS is set up correctly once its nameservers have propagated.

• Get Domain

  Get one domain by its ID (as returned by list_domains or resolve_domain_ids).

• Get Export Status

  Check the status/progress of a mailbox export by its export ID (pending → processing → completed/failed).

• Get Mailbox

  Get one mailbox by its ID — full record including the plaintext password and billing. SENSITIVE: share the password only if the user asks.

• Get Mailbox App Password

  Get the decrypted Google app password for a GOOGLE mailbox (null when unset; 400 for non-Google). SENSITIVE — share only when the user asks.

• Get Mailbox Auth Code

  Get the current 2FA TOTP code for a mailbox (null if 2FA isn't configured). Codes refresh every ~30s.

• Get Mailboxes By Domain

  List all mailboxes on a specific domain (includes warmup_duration per mailbox).

• Get Nameservers

  Fetch Icemail's default nameservers (pns71.cloudns.net, pns72.cloudns.com, pns73.cloudns.net, pns74.cloudns.uk). REQUIRED FIRST STEP when connecting an external domain (one the user already owns at another registrar): the user must change the domain's NS records at their registrar to these values and confirm before any create_order with import_existing=true. Skipped entirely when the user imports via their own Cloudflare account (cloudflare option on create_order) or buys domains through Icemail

• Get Wallet

  Get the workspace's wallet balance and auto top-up config. Icemail is pay-as-you-go: orders and pre-warm purchases are charged against this balance. Check this BEFORE any paid action.

• Invite To Workspace

  Email-invite someone to the workspace with a role (OWNER/ADMIN role required to invite). Roles: ADMIN (full access except workspace deletion), EDITOR (manage domains/DNS/mailboxes, no billing/invites), VIEWER (read-only). 409 if already a member.

• Launch Campaign

  LAUNCH A MULTICHANNEL OUTREACH CAMPAIGN in OutreachFox directly from Icemail. Requires: the Icemail mailbox is ACTIVE (enforced — fails if not), and the user's OutreachFox API key (passed per-call, never stored). Creates a draft OutreachFox sequence, attaches the mailbox, and returns the sequence ID. The user still needs to add a contact list and start the sequence in OutreachFox (or via the OutreachFox MCP). PAID-ACTION adjacent: creates a sequence in the user's OutreachFox workspace.
