List active industry research reports from Informes de Expertos (GET /api/v1/reports). Paginated at a fixed 200 items per page, sorted newest first. Each row has `title`, `slug`, `page_type`, `category`, `sub_category`, and `published_date`. Use a row's `slug` and `page_type` as input to `get_report`. A `page` past `total_pages` returns an empty list with correct totals.
