Vault Oracle Mapping

Map how a Plasma Vault prices every configured asset at a block. For each asset the vault's price oracle knows about, resolves the source price feed, classifies its type by on-chain interface probing, reads the effective price, and recursively resolves feeds that derive their price from another asset. Resolve a contract by name (substring) or address across fusion deployments. Case-insensitive matching: - If `query` is a 20-byte hex address (`0x` + 40 hex chars), exact match.
