Iris List Assets

List the tracked assets in your IRIS organisation (equipment, vehicles, stock, animals, etc.). Returns each asset’s number, RFID tag (EPC), status, current zone, type, and manufacturer/model. Use this to answer "what assets do we have", "how many of X", or to find an asset’s current location. Paginated — increase offset to page through a large inventory.

Iris Resolve Tag

Resolve a single RFID tag (EPC) to the asset it is attached to and that asset’s current zone/location. Use this when you have a tag id from a scan and need to know which asset it is and where it is.

Iris List Zones

List the zones (physical locations such as Receiving, Apron, Rig-Up Area, Restricted) that assets move between in your organisation. Zone ids are needed when posting RFID reads. Use this to map names to ids or to understand the site layout.

Iris List Movements

List the most recent zone movements (an asset moving from one zone to another), newest first. Each movement has the asset, from/to zones, timestamp, the reader that detected it, and the source. Use this for "what moved recently", activity history, or to confirm a read was recorded.

Iris Ingest Reads

Record one or more RFID reads. Each read is matched to an asset by EPC, logged as a zone movement, and updates the asset’s current zone. A signed movement event is also delivered to any subscribed webhook. Use this to push reads from a reader/edge gateway or to simulate a movement. Requires a key with the reads:write capability. Max 100 reads per call.

Iris Sap Reconcile

Run a SAP stock reconciliation: compare physical RFID-tracked stock against SAP booked stock and return a discrepancy report (matched, missing, unexpected). Use this to answer "does our physical inventory match SAP". Requires a key with the sap:reconcile capability.

Iris List Webhooks

List the webhook subscriptions configured for your organisation (the endpoints IRIS posts signed events to). Returns each subscription’s id, url, events, active flag, and last delivery status. Requires the webhooks:manage capability.

Iris Create Webhook

Subscribe an HTTPS endpoint to receive signed IRIS events (movement, alert, reconciliation). Returns the subscription id and a signing secret (shown once). Use this to wire up an integration. Requires the webhooks:manage capability.

Iris Send Test Webhook

Send a synthetic, fully-signed test event to one of your webhook subscriptions so you can confirm your receiver works before live traffic. Returns the delivery result (delivered, response_code). Pair with iris_list_webhooks to get the subscription id. Requires the webhooks:manage capability.

Iris Get Usage

Get usage telemetry for the calling API key: a daily series (calls, errors, error rate, p95 latency) plus the current rate-limit status (tier, daily quota, used today, remaining). Use this to check how much of the quota is left or to report on API usage.

Iris Facilities Venue Readiness

Reports whether a venue (zone) is ready for its next use: how much equipment is present, how much is available vs in service, and whether anything in that venue needs attention before it is next needed.

Iris Facilities Equipment Locate

Finds a specific piece of equipment by its asset number and reports where it currently is (its registered zone), its status, and when it was last seen.

Iris Facilities Equipment Journey

Returns the recent zone-to-zone movement history for a piece of equipment — where it has been and when, newest first. Useful for tracing how an item ended up somewhere unexpected.

Iris Facilities Equipment Custody

Lists equipment currently signed out (not yet checked back in) — who has it, when it was signed out, when it is expected back, and whether it is overdue. Optionally scoped to one asset by number.

Iris Facilities Equipment Audit

Lists recent venue equipment audits, or — given an auditId — the full result of one audit including every item checked and any exceptions raised.

Iris Facilities Reader Health

Lists the RFID readers and other registered devices for this organization, and whether each has reported in within the last 5 minutes (online) or gone quiet (offline).

Iris Facilities Maintenance Exceptions

Lists open equipment exceptions raised by venue audits (equipment found in the wrong place, or missing) — what needs a decision, who it is assigned to, and when it is due.
