Resolve the authenticated seller's CURRENT principal-profile defaults for one owned DRAFT. Returns the same 2–5 value “Z Twojego profilu” batch or pre-filled single-card fallback as /dodaj, with exact listing/profile versions. Read-only: no suggestion is stored yet.
