List all RDS instances available across configured AWS profiles. Returns instance IDs, engine, class, status, and the AWS profile name.

Fetch the top N slow queries for an RDS instance in a time window. Tries the MySQL slow query log from CloudWatch Logs first, falls back to Performance Insights. For each query, runs EXPLAIN and SHOW INDEXES via Metabase.
