Get the Kicbak integration guide

The complete contract for integrating the Kicbak Guest Rewards widget on an operator's site: the embed snippet, every widget API endpoint, keys and environments, and the verification steps. Read this first.

Verify a widget integration

Proves a widget embed works. Checks that the widget mounted on the origin you name (load the page in a browser first — the widget reports its own mount), that the operator's rate resolves, and — sandbox keys only — that a real enrollment round-trip succeeds. Returns pass/fail per check with the exact fix when failing.

Send bulk invitations

Sends a batch of reward-carrying invitations as the authenticated organization — a travel operator with API access or a platform partner alike; identical to POST /api/third-party/v1/kicbak/invites/bulk. Requires the organization's API bearer (exchange your client key + secret at POST /api/third-party/v1/auth/token and configure it as the Authorization header; never pass credentials as tool arguments). requestId makes retries safe: the same requestId never sends twice.

Onboard your organization

Builds your Kicbak organization from your direct booking website: a draft profile, typed listings, and matched OTA/social links, submitted for Kicbak's review. Your connected Kicbak account owns the run — no API key involved. If a business on Kicbak already uses this website, it is recovered rather than duplicated (pass acknowledgeExisting to start a fresh run anyway).

Check your onboarding run

The stage, progress, and proposed fields of an onboarding run you started. Requires your Kicbak agent token; you can only see your own runs.

Get your Kicbak profiles

Your Kicbak profiles (an account may hold up to 5), with the default marked. Reads your own account — requires your connected Kicbak account.

Get your invitations

The invitations you (and organizations you belong to) have sent, with each one's status and share link. Optional page, limit, and status filter. Reads your own account.

Get your KIC balance

Your personal Kicbak wallet: spendable KIC balance, an approximate USD value, and any locked reward grants or pending commission still unlocking. Read only — sending KIC is done on the website. Reads your own account.

List your wallets

The Kicbak wallets you can act with — your own and any you can reach — with their names and public ids. Reads your own account.

List your organizations

The Kicbak organizations you own or belong to, each with its name, status, and category. Reads your own account.

Get your referral link

Your personal Kicbak referral code and the shareable link built from it (generated on first use). Anyone who joins through it is attributed to you. Reads your own account.

Check if a handle is available

Whether a Kicbak handle (username) is free to use — handles share one namespace with organization slugs, so reserved words and taken org slugs read as unavailable. Reads only.

Update your profile

Updates YOUR default Kicbak profile — display name, bio, profile picture (an https URL), or country. Only the fields you provide change; the rest stay as they are. Updates your own account. Changing your password, security settings, or moving KIC is done on the website.

Switch your default profile

Sets which of your Kicbak profiles is the active/default one. The profile must be on your account. Updates your own account.

Create a new profile

Creates an additional Kicbak profile on your account (up to 5). A profile is a presentation identity — a handle, display name, optional bio and picture. It owns no money; your account's wallet is unchanged. Updates your own account.

Get your commission earnings

Your referral commission on Kicbak: how much is still locked (pending a completed stay) versus paid, with the recent events behind it. Reads your own account.

Get your booking claims

The direct-booking reward claims you've filed, newest first, each with its review status. Optional page and pageSize. Reads your own account.

Get an organization's rewards program

The rewards program of an organization you OWN: its commission rate and reward grid. You can only see programs for organizations on your account, and only merchant organizations have one. Reads your own account.

Get an organization's listings

The Kicbak listings mapped to an organization you OWN (hotels, rentals, experiences). You can only see listings for a merchant organization on your account. Reads your own account.

Check your two-factor status

Whether two-factor authentication is enabled on your Kicbak account. Read only — turning 2FA on or off is done on the website. Reads your own account.

Create an invitation

Creates a Kicbak invitation as YOU or, when you fund it from an organization you can spend for, as that organization. The invitation commits its reward from the funding wallet — the same balance, credit-hold, and permission checks the website applies decide whether it goes through. Requires your connected Kicbak account. Actually paying out or claiming a reward, and moving KIC, are done on the website.

Revoke an invitation

Revokes an outstanding invitation you created (or one created by an organization you own or belong to), by its code. Already-claimed, granted, expired, or revoked invitations can't be revoked. Requires your connected Kicbak account.

Create your organization

Creates your Kicbak organization from details YOU (your agent) provide — name, description, category, location, social links, and your listings. Submitted as a draft for Kicbak's review; it stays private until an admin activates it. Unlike start_onboarding, this does not crawl your website — you supply the structured profile, so read your own site and fill these fields in. Requires your connected Kicbak account; the organization is owned by your account.

Edit your organization

Updates an organization you own — description, logo, cover photo, FAQs, tags, social links, website, location, or category. Only the fields you provide change. Works for a draft awaiting review and for a live organization's public page alike (a live edit publishes right away, the same as editing on the website). Requires your connected Kicbak account.

List the organization's invitations

Reads the authenticated organization's invitations — identical to GET /api/third-party/v1/kicbak/invites. Filter by your reference or requestId, an invitee email, a code, or state. Requires the organization's API bearer.
