• Get Review Form

  Open the review form for one article: a score from 1 to 5, a title and the text. The buyer writes and sends it themselves; this only opens the form. Opening it for an article the buyer already reviewed edits that review.

• Get Trolley Overview

  Get the trolley balance per kind of trolley over a period: the balance at the start, every change per date, and the balance at the end. Use this for questions about the trolley account itself; use get_outstanding_trolleys for what is out right now.

• Get List Groups

  Get the lists this buyer may order from - flowers, plants, decoration - each with the listGroup id to pass to the other assortment tools. A shop keeps its assortment in several of these, and the articles, the order days and the prices are all per list, so start here whenever the buyer names one or it is not clear which list they mean.

• Get Reservation Weeks

  Get whether this buyer can reserve, and for which ISO weeks. Call this first for any reservation question: the other reservation tools only work inside this window, and weeks outside it are refused.

• Get Alternatives

  Get alternatives for an article: the ones the shop configured for it, or else articles from the same article group. Use the 'id' of an article from search_items or get_cart. Results come back in the same shape as search_items, so the buyer can order them.

• Get Reviews

  Get the reviews of one article, with the average score. Article sort ids come from search_items or get_item_detail.

• Get Order Days

  Get available order days, with the first and latest moment an order can be placed for each day (firstOrderDateTime, latestOrderDateTime) and whether ordering is open right now. Use an order day with the other tools to browse and order articles for that day.

• Get Reservations

  Get the reservations of this account per ISO week: what was reserved, how much, at what price, and whether it can be ordered, is ordered already, or can still be cancelled.

• Search Items

  Search articles using filter values from get_filters. Use filter parameters (articleGroups, baseColors, tags), not free text query.

• Get Reservation Form

  Open the reservation form for one article: the weeks this buyer may still reserve it in, with what is left and the price per week, plus the packaging multiples they may pick. The buyer fills in the amounts and confirms it; this only opens the form. Article ids come from search_reservable_items.

• Get Favorites

  Get the articles the buyer marked as favorite, as they are on an order day. Same results as search_items, so the buyer can order them.

• Submit Order

  Submit the order. All articles in the shopping cart will be ordered.

• Get Complaints

  Get the complaints (RMAs) this account filed, newest first, with the status of each one.

• Get Invoices

  Get the invoices of this account, newest first. Use openOnly to get just the ones that still have to be paid.

• Get Cart

  View the current shopping cart with all articles and prices

• Get Rma Form

  Start a complaint (RMA) about a delivered order line. Use get_order_history to find the line id. Returns the reasons the buyer can choose from; the complaint itself is filled in and sent by the buyer.

• Get Reservation Availability

  Get per ISO week how much of one article can still be reserved and at what price. Blocked weeks are already reserved by this buyer. Article ids come from search_reservable_items.

• Get Article Groups

  Get the kinds of product the shop has on offer for an order day - plants, roses, chrysanthemums, green - as the article groups to search in, each with how many articles it holds, its filterValue and its subgroups. Use this whenever the buyer names a kind of product instead of one particular article.

• Cancel Reservation

  Cancel one of this buyer's own reservations. Only works while it is still cancellable, which get_reservations reports as canCancel. Reservation ids come from get_reservations.

• Get Outstanding Trolleys

  Get the trolleys this account still has out: how many of each kind, and since when.

• Get Order Dates

  Get dates on which orders were placed. Use a date from the results with get_order_history.

• Prepare Reorder

  Prepare ordering a past order again. Give the date of the past order and the order day to order for. Returns the same articles as they are on that order day, with the amounts from the past order, plus the ones that are not available. Nothing is ordered: the buyer confirms the list.

• Get Filters

  Get filter values for search_items. Always call BEFORE search_items. Use the returned filterValues as parameters in search_items.
