List Tasks

List tasks on the board, newest first. Optional filters narrow the result.

Get Task

Fetch a single task by id.

Create Task

Create a task on the board. Only title is required. A deadline (ISO 8601) also schedules it onto the portal calendar.

Update Task

Update fields on an existing task. Pass only what changes. Set archived:true/false to archive or restore.

Archive Task

Archive a task (soft delete — sets archivedAt, recoverable via update_task archived:false).

List Clients

List clients (id + name) so you can resolve a name to the clientId a task needs.

List Pipelines

List the GoHighLevel SALES pipelines and their stages (e.g. "Research Lead"), with ids. Call this before create_lead to see valid stage names. This is the lead pipeline — separate from the task board.

List Leads

List leads/opportunities currently in the GoHighLevel sales pipeline (optionally filtered by stage name). These are pipeline leads, NOT tasks.

Create Lead

Add a lead (opportunity) straight into the GoHighLevel SALES pipeline — the same thing the portal's "+ Add a lead" form does, and what actually shows in the pipeline. Use this for pipeline leads like a "Research Lead". This is NOT create_task (the internal to-do board). Pass the stage by name and it resolves it; for bulk adds, call list_pipelines once and pass pipelineId + stageId to skip the lookup.
