• Write Outreach

  Start a Write Outreach batch. Provide EITHER `source_batch_id` (a completed Find Leads / Enrich Contacts batch — see `list_source_batches`) OR `urls` (Paste-URLs mode). Exactly one is required. IMPORTANT: if you have any saved professional backgrounds you MUST pass `background_id` — the run is rejected otherwise. Call `list_backgrounds` first and pick one. (Accounts with no backgrounds yet fall back to the legacy sender profile automatically.) Args: source_batc

• Get Outreach Status

  Return the status/progress of an outreach batch (pending/running/completed/etc).

• Get Outreach Results

  Fetch the generated outreach messages for each contact in a batch. Returns per-contact `outreach_json` (up to 4 emails with subject+body, plus any WhatsApp / Instagram / LinkedIn / Facebook / X messages that were requested), alongside the contact context used to personalize them.

• List Outreach Batches

  List past Write Outreach batches (most recent first).

• List Source Batches

  List completed Find Leads / Enrich Contacts batches you can write outreach from. Use one of these IDs as `source_batch_id` in `write_outreach`. (For Paste-URLs mode you don't need this — pass `urls` directly.)

• Cancel Batch

  Cancel a pending or running outreach batch.

• Export Outreach Csv

  Export a batch's messages + contacts as CSV text.

• Preview Outreach Cost

  Guardrail before spending credits. Outreach is metered per token and charged as the batch completes (there is no fixed up-front price), so this reports your current balance, how many contacts the run will cover, and the requested scope — review it before calling `write_outreach`.

• Get Sender Profile

  The sender identity (name, company, website, about/services) used to personalize messages.

• List Backgrounds

  List your saved professional backgrounds (pitch context + sender identity). Each background bundles who you're pitching as — company, about, services, portfolio, and the sender name/email/phone/website/linkedin. Pass one's `id` as `background_id` to `write_outreach`; it's required there once you have any background.

• Get Outreach Presets

  Your saved Write Outreach custom-instruction presets (reusable `{name, text}` snippets). Use a preset's `text` as `custom_instructions` in `write_outreach`.

• Save Outreach Presets

  Replace your saved custom-instruction presets (the full list; max 50). `presets` is a list of `{"name": ..., "text": ...}` — `text` is the instruction (required, capped 1500 chars); `name` is an optional label (falls back to the text). This overwrites the whole set, so read `get_outreach_presets` first if you're adding to it.

• Get Credit Balance

  Current credit balance and expiry.

• Campaign Config

  Whether email campaigns are enabled right now, and the per-email credit cost.

• List Campaign Mailboxes

  List your sending mailboxes (custom SMTP/IMAP) for email campaigns.

• Create Campaign Mailbox

  Add a sending mailbox for campaigns; the credentials are verified on save. SMTP host/user/pass (+ port) are required. IMAP is optional but needed to detect replies/bounces. `signature` is appended to every email from this mailbox. Returns the mailbox with `status` = active (verified) or error (see `last_error`). `advanced` (optional dict) sets per-mailbox pacing / schedule / auth: gap_mode, min_gap_minutes, max_gap_minutes, fixed_gap_minutes, send_start_hour, send_end_h

  List your email-sequence campaigns (most recent first).

• Create Sequence Campaign

  Create a new email-sequence campaign (draft). Next: upload contacts + save a sequence.

• Get Campaign

  Fetch one campaign (status, sequence, assigned mailboxes, schedule).

• Upload Campaign Contacts

  Import contacts into a campaign from CSV text. Requires an `email` column; optional columns: first_name, last_name, company, website. Contacts are deduped by email. Returns an itemised report (imported/updated/skipped with reasons).

• Save Campaign Sequence

  Save the campaign's email sequence and schedule. `sequence` is a list of steps, each `{"subject": ..., "body": ..., "delay_days": N}`. Only step 1 uses a subject (later steps thread as replies); `delay_days` is the wait before that step. Bodies can use merge vars like `{{first_name | "there"}}`. `mailbox_ids` = which of YOUR mailboxes send it (rotated). Hours are in `timezone` (e.g. "Asia/Kolkata"), `send_start_hour`/`send_end_hour` are 0–23. `send_days` = allowed weekda

• Preview Campaign

  Preview the rendered emails for one recipient (merge vars filled, signature applied). Uses the saved sequence unless you pass `sequence`; picks a sample/first contact unless `recipient_id` is given. Also returns `var_status` (which merge vars resolve).

• Test Send Campaign

  Send a FREE one-off test email to `send_to` (from the campaign's first assigned mailbox). `step` picks which sequence step to render (0 = first). `variables` overrides merge vars (e.g. {"first_name": "Alex", "company": "Acme"}). Assign a mailbox to the campaign first.
