Less Annoying CRM

Small-business CRM for organizing contacts, tracking leads, and managing tasks. The API uses a flat REST model with one credential per LACRM account.

Capability areas

• User directory — list all users in the CRM account. Returns user IDs, roles, and profile details. Paginate with Page cursor and MaxNumberOfResults (default 1000). Use this as the entry point to see who has access and what roles are assigned.

Workflows

• Team audit: list users to review who has CRM access, their roles, and activity status.
• Permission planning: pull the full user roster before inviting or deactivating team members through the LACRM admin UI.

Gotchas

• Pagination: the Page parameter is a cursor token, not a page number. Pass the cursor from the previous response to get the next page.
• Single endpoint: the current toolset covers user listing only. Contact, lead, and task management require the LACRM web interface or additional API endpoints not yet exposed.
