Returns ONLY the sections of an Israeli statute whose wording or status moved between a past date and today, with both wordings side by side. Use it to answer "what changed in this law since X" without reading the whole statute. `added: true` means the section did not exist on the earlier date; `removed: true` means it does not exist today. A section absent from the result did not change.
