LibCorpus

• Search papers and panels — Search the corpus. Accepts words, a LibCorpus id (LCP000001), a DOI or an arXiv id (with or without prefix or link). Every word must match, so give an identifier or one to three keywords rather than a sentence, and retry with fewer words when nothing matches. Ranks identifier, then title, authors, abstract, then panel descriptions; each result lists up to three matching panels and how many matched in all. Results come in pages: total says how many matched, and next_offset continues when complete
• List every paper — Every paper in the corpus, newest first: id, title, authors, year, venue, which version the data follows (primary_source), DOI, arXiv id and version, and panel count. As many as fit in one answer unless limit says fewer; when complete is false, continue with next_offset. Use search_papers when you know what you are looking for.
• One paper with its figures and panels — A paper: metadata, abstract, license, citation, and each figure with its panels and their descriptions. Large papers come back shortened, and say so; give figure (for example fig2) to get one figure's panels in full. Set format to 'markdown' for a text digest instead of JSON.
• One panel: columns, files, license, citation — What is needed to plot a panel: its description, plot type, the columns with their roles (x, y, z, error, band) and symbols as plotted, which columns form each curve (series panels), and every file with its layout (wide, long or series), URL, size and sha256. For very wide panels the column list is shortened; the answer says so and gives the whole record's address.
• A panel's data as CSV — The plotted values of a panel as CSV text, provenance header (# lines) first. Returns whole rows, starting after offset rows, up to max_rows (default 500) and up to about 40,000 characters, whichever comes first. The note line and the structured fields say which rows came back of how many; when complete is false the answer is not the whole panel: continue with next_offset until it is, before any statement about the whole panel (extremes, fits, totals), or load the whole file from its URL in code
• Cite a paper — A citation for the paper: plain text (default), BibTeX, or CSL-JSON. Its note names where the figure data is, with the package version: the paper's LibCorpus page, or give figure and panel to name that panel's page instead.
