LinkCue - Capture What Matters

Query Records

Search and filter records in the knowledge base. Supports filtering by date range, labels (AND/OR), starred, read status, audio/summary availability, analysis status, Kanban progress stage, workspace, project, folder, and full-text search. Returns paginated results.

Get Record

Get full details of a single record by its record number (#N). Returns complete record including title, URL, note, summary, audio info, labels, workspace/project assignment, and all metadata.

List records with simple pagination (no filters).

Create Label

Create a new label in the knowledge base.

Update Label

Update a label's name or color. Cannot modify system labels (ideas, tasks, references).

Delete Label

Delete a label and detach from all records. Cannot delete system labels (ideas, tasks, references).

Assign Labels

Add labels to one or more records. Labels are resolved by name. If a label doesn't exist, it will NOT be created — use create_label first.

Remove Labels

Remove labels from one or more records.

Set Record Progress

Set the Kanban progress stage on a record. Accepts a stage name (case-insensitive) or a zero-based integer index. Valid stages: Intake (0), Plan (1), In-Progress (2), Validate (3), Done (4).

Set Archive Status

Archive or unarchive one or more records. Archived records are hidden from default views but not deleted. Pass archive=false to restore records from the archive.
