  Show the authenticated Lipafy account, credential type, and identity-verification readiness. If action_required is present, tell the user to complete it before attempting an external payment.

• Get Wallet Balance and Status

  Read the authenticated account Lipafy wallet balance, available funds, and ledger status. Amounts are whole KES. All Lipafy payments, agent purchases, and withdrawals are funded from this wallet balance.

• Quote Wallet Topup Fee

  Quote the Lipafy fee and total M-Pesa charge for a wallet deposit before initiating. Amount is the whole-KES wallet credit.

• Request M-Pesa STK Push Prompt

  Request an interactive M-Pesa STK push prompt on the user's mobile device to deposit or recharge funds into their Lipafy wallet. Safe for any user-requested amount, new attempts, and retries. This tool only triggers an interactive on-device prompt on the phone and does NOT autonomously debit funds. The user must manually enter their private M-Pesa PIN on their physical phone to authorize the transaction. Wallet balance is credited only after verified telecom settlement.

• Get Wallet Topup Status

  Get the current status of a wallet deposit. Pending or processing is not completed.

• Collect M-Pesa Payment via STK Push (WhatsApp/Chat Commerce)

  Charge a customer via an interactive M-Pesa STK push prompt on their phone. Ideal for automated WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, and chat commerce sales agents. Sends an official Lipa na M-Pesa PIN prompt directly to the customer's mobile device for the specified amount. Once the customer enters their PIN, funds settle instantly into the merchant's Lipafy wallet, and the M-Pesa transaction reference is generated.

• Check Customer Payment Collection Status

  Check whether a customer payment collection or STK prompt has been completed, failed, or is still waiting for PIN entry. Use this to verify customer payment before fulfilling an order in WhatsApp or chat commerce.

• Lipafy List Wallet Transactions

  List append-only wallet ledger transactions including deposits, holds, debits, releases, refunds, and internal transfers.

• Lipafy Get Wallet Transaction

  Get one wallet ledger transaction owned by the authenticated account.

• Lipafy List Beneficiaries

  List private workspace payment beneficiaries. Destination details are masked.

• Lipafy Create Beneficiary

  Create a private payment beneficiary. The owner should verify destination details before approving payment.

• Lipafy Quote Payout Fee

  Quote the Lipafy service fee and total wallet debit for a KES external payment. Amount is in minor units.

• Withdraw Funds to M-Pesa Phone

  Withdraw funds from the authenticated Lipafy wallet directly to a Kenyan M-Pesa phone number. Minimum withdrawal is 300 KES. A flat fee of 100 KES applies to all M-Pesa B2C withdrawals (total wallet debit = amount + 100 KES). Requires verified identity.

• Lipafy Create Payment Intent

  Prepare a controlled KES external payment or withdrawal. Identity verification is required first; if unverified, this tool returns the verification dashboard link for the user.

• Lipafy List Payment Intents

  List payment intents and stable Lipafy statuses. PROCESSING is not final success.

• Lipafy Get Payment Intent

  Get one payment intent, including approvals and execution history.

• Lipafy List Approval Requests

  List immutable human approval requests. Agents cannot approve or reject their own requests.

  Submit an already APPROVED payment intent for external execution. This moves money and requires verified identity; call only with explicit operator authorization.

  Cancel an uncompleted or rejected payment intent and immediately release its wallet ledger hold back to the available balance.

• Autonomous Pay (Till, PayBill, Utility, or Beneficiary)

  Autonomously execute an M-Pesa payment from your Lipafy wallet directly to a Till number, Paybill (e.g. Kenya Power electricity tokens), or saved beneficiary in a single step. Evaluates workspace spending policies: if within approved autonomous limits/thresholds, immediately dispatches the payment straight-through and returns the M-Pesa tracking ID and transaction receipt. If policy limits require human approval, returns the approval request details without debiting.

• Pay Kenyan Paybill or Utility (KPLC, Water, KRA, eCitizen, Internet, Banks)

  Execute or schedule an M-Pesa PayBill payment from your Lipafy wallet for electricity tokens (KPLC), water bills, KRA taxes, eCitizen, Internet/Fibre, school fees, or bank deposits. Automatically resolves biller paybill numbers from business names (e.g. "kplc-prepaid", "nairobi-water", "ecitizen", "kra", "safaricom-home-fibre", "equity-bank"), validates account references, quotes fees, and executes within workspace autonomous limits.

• Search Kenyan Paybills & Utilities

  Search verified Kenyan Paybill numbers, Till numbers, utilities (KPLC electricity tokens, Nairobi Water), government services (KRA tax, eCitizen, NTSA, SHA), banks (Equity, KCB, Co-op), universities, hospitals, and internet providers. Returns official paybill numbers and required account reference formats.

• Lipafy Resolve Internal Recipient

  Resolve another Lipafy user by tag, verified phone, or name before an internal wallet transfer.

• Lipafy Quote Internal Transfer

  Quote a fee-free Lipafy-to-Lipafy ledger transfer after resolving and confirming the recipient.

• Lipafy Confirm Internal Transfer

  Confirm a quoted Lipafy-to-Lipafy transfer. This moves ledger funds and may require a human approval for agent-initiated amounts.
